Great beer, solid atmosphere. Huge fan of the bartender who let my friends and I eat pizza from outside. Didn't even charge food tax. Love that. Solid 10-15 beers on draft!

Fireside Bar is a friendly neighborhood spot that makes for a nice place to hang out and chat with locals. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, dogs are allowed inside, and there’s a solid selection of beers to choose from.
I did try the Moscow Mule, and it was pretty average—not really close to a traditional Mule in terms of ingredients or balance. I’d rate it about a 4 out of 10. That said, this feels more like a place to enjoy beers, dogs, and good company rather than cocktails.
Overall, a laid-back bar with a great vibe, friendly crowd, and dog-friendly policy—worth stopping by if you’re in the area.

Very Cool Spot but had not Been Inside in like 35 + Years !! It was a Very Different Bar and if i remember correctly Super Creepy !! These guys Did a Great Job with the Remodel and i will Go Back and Check it out Further / i didn't Drink or Eat anything as it was a Political Action and Tenants Rights Meeting.

Upcycled dive bar vibes. Nice gas fireplace and couches for those balmy sf summer nights. Surprisingly solid manhattans served to brim without the fancy ice cube.
Nice place. No complaints aside from the ATM being consistently out of order. I prefer to pay for my drinks in cash as, I'm not one for a paper trail on my purchases. Conveniently, there is a Wells Fargo ATM on the same block 😉. Good bartenders. Nice neighborhood hangout.
