I’ve been eating the pizza here since Sparks opening….after trying pizza places all over the Bay Area from Palo Alto to Cloverdale, this place still has the best pizza in my opinion! Never had any issues like I’ve read in other reviews….I mean I’ve never ordered online and never had a miscommunication in the ordering process.

Vegetarian option was meh. Veggie to dough ratio was bad and made pizza soggy. Pesto one was better

Another Tuesday (6/17) Giants home game and another food truck to try at Spark Social! Today’s adventure was Firetrail Pizza!
I got the pizza of the day Prosciutto Arugula - the menu shows what’s on it - I wasn’t sure what to expect, when I got it I was like okay that’s a lot of arugula, I needed a fork to help pull the slice out and reload it but it was very well balanced. The lemon dressing was definitely flavorful, the parmesean was really good, paired well with the prosciutto, just wish there was more meat. I ate a slice and took the rest into the game. My buddy got the bbq chicken he ate it all on one sitting. I tried a piece of chicken and it was tasty.
I will say, it travelled surprisingly well, I took Bart home and the box was sideways in my purse, but when I got home and opened the box it was in near perfect condition and I ate my leftovers the next day (removed the arugula before reheating obviously) My total (with Diet Coke) was $25.61 (with small tip). I feel it was more expensive than expected for what I got, but hey, cost of big city food and, however I could have got a slice of Tony’s in the ballpark for cheaper but wouldn’t have had leftovers.

Firetrail Pizza: A Blazing Success at SPARK Social
Firetrail Pizza, nestled within the vibrant SPARK Social food truck park in Mission Bay, San Francisco, has quickly become a local favorite. Their wood-fired pizzas, crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients, deliver a flavorful punch that's hard to beat.
What to Expect:
* Authentic Napoletna-style: The pizzas are cooked in a traditional wood-fired oven, resulting in a crispy crust with a chewy center.

* The Sun dried and BBQ chicken that we tried were delicious
Their other offerings are great too -

Their pizza is quite good, and I have tried more places in the city than I haven't. Compared to brick and mortar places such as Outta Sight and Tony's its not as good, but for a food truck its excellent. I can say I do enjoy their pizza a lot. They make a great margherita for sure, and its a reasonable price.

UPDATE: Business apologized and fully refunded my purchase.
I had a frustrating experience with the customer service at the restaurant. I made a mistake while placing my order online, accidentally selecting "cheese 14" instead of "four cheeses 14". I tried calling multiple times to rectify the error, but no one answered my calls. Realizing my mistake within just 2 minutes, I immediately called them (made 20 calls which was left not answered), I went to the restaurant to request a change. However, the staff member I encountered responded rudely, refusing to remake the order and insisting that it had already been prepared. This was extremely disappointing, especially considering that my family and I have been loyal customers at this location since it opened. We were even willing to pay for the mistake, but the way the staff member handled the situation felt disrespectful and left us with a negative impression. Sadly we end up throwing two 14” pizzas …. Veeeery disappointed

Love the place! Been coming here for years for take out pizza - incredible how they can produce such a high quality and tasty product from such a small food truck. It is also great to order in bulk for events such kids birthday parties and similar.Only one minor note: pls pls change the name of the Napoletana pizza, ie adding cheese and balsamic on a pizza and calling it Napoletana is considered blasphemy in Italy :)With love,

Napoletana Pizza was 9/10, great flavor and the crust was delicious.
Person working completely ignored us when we came up to the window. Waited… still no acknowledgement. Spoke louder… still nothing.
There a few things that could confuse you about Firetrail Pizza if you are looking at the photos on here as well as the fact they are one of the lowest priced Pizza's on the Delivery Apps. The PIzza is a lot better in real life than the photos, the photo sell Firetrail short. So here you go, real pictures of the actual PIzza which is surprisingly good sort of on the Pizzetta sides of things, but not quite. Very good. Pleasantly surprised. Great value for quality especially.
