We visited First Cup every day on our trip to San Francisco cause it was just the perfect start in the day! The food is just really good and has fair prices

Quickly became my boyfriend and I’s favourite spot when we visit San Francisco. Best bagels and smoothies, cute little spot where we love to sit in to eat. We talk about it all the time and can’t wait to go back!

So good! This spot is very unassuming, but if you want a damn good bagel sandwich this is the spot.
It is small, so if it’s busy be ready to get your food to go.
I loved to see lots of locals in here as well as visitors that walked up from Ghirardelli square. Easy to get to by walking or bus.

Expensive and guy is serving so small parts for food
Looking for a place to grab a coffee and quick breakfast before starting our San Francisco tour. Decided to try this place based on the good reviews and since it was walking distance to our hotel. I am glad we did! The breakfast sandwiches are so good we went back the next day. I had a ham, egg and cheese croissant and mocha latte. My boyfriend had sausage, egg and cheese croissant and hot chocolate. Everything was delicious! The couple running the place are so nice. It is a small place with limited seating but we found seating both days. Seems like most people order to go.

This was a terrible experience! The gentleman was welcoming but the lady at the counter was not. It seemed like it was a hassle for her to attend us although she had 25 minutes to closing time. We finished ordering and then when my mom wanted to have a seat she was rudely informed that she was closed. We also asked for a milkshake and she said she was out of ice. That was not true! Since 4 other people came in and weren’t informed that they were closed ( in fact they received better service and got iced coffee) . We felt we were treated unfairly and discriminated against. This is surely our last cup.

Casual no frills little neighborhood cafe with incredible prices
While waiting for the bus, I went in for a smoothie.
The mango smoothie was delicious.
I couldn't eat the sandwich because I was on my way to the bakery.
Watching other people eat it makes me feel good?
