The pizza we ordered was swimming in grease, and the meat fillings were not tasty. The service was good and we were able to cancel the pizza order.

Beware of rip-offs. Bad food for far too high a price. We've never eaten so badly.

The bill given to you at the end of the meal will surprise you... addition of "taxes" and "service charges". The prices are staggering ($4.2 for a mini bottle of water!!)... in the end, $100 for 2 dishes. Of course these costs are not mentioned on the card (15% surcharge indicated for groups of 5 or more; there were 3 of us). Let’s add that if you don’t pay in cash, you will be charged credit card fees! And I'll spare you the annoyance the lady shows when you ask for explanations about the bill... I saw that it happened the same with other customers before us!
Or there are no toilets in the restaurant, you are sent to use the public toilets in the block.

In short: tourist scam!
I regret not having looked before the comments, which confirm that I was scammed!
So I share, and I advise you to avoid this place!

Good pizza! Nothing to write home about, persay - it's the greasy American pizza experience when you come here. Standard beers to drink on tap/bottles. The atmosphere, though, is lovely. Sitting outside on a sunny afternoon feels like a vacation experience, even as a city resident :) And service was very friendly and helpful with questions about some items.

The burger was dry and bland. Didn’t come with any sauce of any kind and the beef needed some salt and pepper. The burger menu description made it sound like it was going to be the best angus burger in town but it was far from it. You’re better off at BK or Mcds.

We stayed at the Hotel Caza and this pizza restaurant is less than a block away. We came in about 9pm for a late dinner with our grandkids. I will say the pizza was good and I left full. It was a great location and satisfied the hungry groups need. My wife had the spaghetti and garlic bread and said it was the best garlic bread she has had in her life. If you go don't miss the garlic bread. The service, cleanliness, and taste were 4 star. Good but not great. I created my own pizza with sausage, salami, olives and jalapenos. It was good and spicey. I had to take some of the jalapenos off. My grandson had a medium cheese pizza. He liked it and ate most of it. They do charge $1 for soda refills which is ridiculous after charging over $4 for a single soda. Over $80 tab for a small 4 topping pizza, medium cheese pizza, 2 kids spaghetti, 3 sodas with 1 refill.

Walked in pretty late on a Friday night. The owners were very kind and made us feel welcome. Several other parties walked in after us and the owners were gracious and accommodating, even though it was close to closing time. Pizza was fantastic! We will be back! Thank you for a great dining experience!

Stopped by the other night as this was down the block from the hotel we were at. My mom had been there a few years ago and said the food was good, she actually ate there twice during that trip. It was early evening so only one other party was there. We were seated at a small table, but asked to move to a table where we could both watch the Olympics on the TVs and the server said that was fine. A few moments later she came to take our order, when we said we would be sharing a meal, she visibly rolled her eyes and said that it wasn't large enough to share even though we didn't ask her opinion. After we placed the order she came to tell us, very rudely that if a larger group comes in that she will have to move us to the small table for 2 that she seated us at first. Mind you, the restaurant was empty, minus another party of three and there were plenty of other options for additional groups had they come. If we hadn't placed our order already we would have left after that.
The food was fine, burger and a handful of fries (I think she gave us less knowing that we were sharing). She never once came to ask if we needed anything or how the food was.
Definitely did not return back the next night when we were searching for dinner.

I do not recommend this place, because of it's terrible customer service, the lady without patience and impolite, maybe she is in a difficult moment but she scolded me when ordering. Overpriced for their simple salads and their very small pizza.

Service was a definitely on the slower side due to understaffing. Pizza (large chicken and spinach) was actually delicious. Chicken was super juicy and flavorful unlike a lot of pizza places I’ve been to. Interior is a bit random, but works just fine. I would definitely come back :)

We had late night take out here almost every night while staying at a nearby hotel in Fisherman's Wharf area. Pizza was delicious. Takes a while (20-30mins) to get your takeaway order but it's worth the wait. We didn't get the chance to dine-in since we were always there near 10pm.

Dietary restrictions: No meat. Seafood is ok.
