Perfect date night spot! Pitchers of margs were a great deal. Loved the chicken mole. Vibes were amazing but the real star was our server Cinde!! She totally made our whole experience memorable & we will certainly be back because of her.

Scummy business. Asked to cancel since my partner fell terribly ill the day of Valentine’s Day. Went in person to speak to them since nobody was picking up the phone. Was told they were still going to charge me 70 dollars to cancel. I understand the policy but most restaurants have exceptions for cases like this. First and last time I ever go here. SF sucks.

I am a delivery driver. Even when my order was ready, the staff here refused to deliver it.

My girlfriend and I always have an amazing time at Flores. We had a couple margaritas and amazing fish tacos. Special shoutout to Cindy the hostess for finding us a spot at the bar on a Friday night, I can’t thank her enough! Thanks Cindy

Food was okay. The guacamole was one of the best we have had. The server did forget multiple things alongside having me hold our menus while getting us seated. (That typically wouldn't annoy me although each of my asks were the ones ignored). We also asked if we could split by two and he vocalized that being too much workb

Also no

This restaurant is Michelin Guide–recommended.
This time, I chose something different from what I usually order.
Everything was very good, and the portions are big enough for two people.
My choices were:
Totopos and Enchiladas Rojas de Pollo.

The place is spacious and very family-friendly, with many families dining with their kids.

Sat us quickly on a busy Saturday night without reservations. Service is very nice but slooooww. Food is quite good but again-- slow! Drinks were excellent and came quickly.

Food was mediocre, service was terribly slow - this was my first and last visit. I would not come back again or recommend this for large groups looking for consistent service.

Came with a reservation for ~15 for a birthday event with pre fixe dinner with a confirmed menu of 3 apps, 2 entrees and 1 dessert served family style. We were not ordering 30+ unique items on the spot but the sequencing and service was beyond slow during the 2.5 hour meal - apps took one hour to arrive, entrees another 30 minutes later, and dessert 1 hour afterwards. Guacamole and esquites were heavily salted and acidic; rice was dry; chips didn’t arrive until prompted two times; entrees didn’t come with serving utensils; everything came out in piecemeal so half our group would get food way before the other half without any additional communication that the rest of the party would have their own family style platters. Our large group was given two tiny bags of the pinwheel chips (maybe 5 pieces in each bag) - when we asked for more for our group of 15, they said “they ran out” — but upon leaving, there was a whole box right on the counter!!

Last but not least when paying - we wanted to double check the bill and see an itemized copy since it was $800+ and asked to confirm that it included the large group service charge since the payment reader suggested additional tip options. The waitress did not know and asked if she should ask her manager, and we said yes. She then came back with the receipt and said that the bill did not include the group service charge and wanted to cancel our transaction to add the charge. When we actually compared the receipt with the total on the payment reader, it was accurate so it’s appalling that they were allegedly going to add another service charge on top of our existing bill.

Food was mediocre and service was terribly slow—this was my first and last visit. I would not come back or recommend this restaurant, especially for large groups expecting organized and consistent service.

We came with a reservation for ~15 people for a birthday and had arranged a pre-fixe dinner in advance (3 appetizers, 2 entrées, 1 dessert served family-style). This was all confirmed ahead of time, so it wasn’t like we were ordering 30+ different dishes on the spot. Despite that, the pacing and execution were shockingly bad over a 2.5-hour meal. Appetizers took nearly an hour to arrive, entrées came another 30 minutes later, and dessert showed up an entire hour after that.

The food itself was disappointing: guacamole and esquites were overly salted and acidic, the rice was dry, and chips didn’t arrive until we asked twice. Entrées were brought out without serving utensils, and dishes arrived piecemeal—half the table would get food long before the other half, with no explanation that separate “family-style” platters were supposedly coming. For a group of 15, we were given two tiny bags of pinwheel chips (maybe 5 chips per bag total). When we asked for more, we were told they had “run out,” yet when we left, there was a full box of the same chips sitting on the counter.

The billing experience was the final straw. With an $800+ bill, we asked to review an itemized receipt and confirm whether the large-party service charge was already included, since the payment reader prompted additional tip options. The server didn’t know and said she’d ask her manager. She returned saying the bill did not include the group service charge and attempted to cancel the transaction to add it. When we compared the receipt to the total on the payment reader, the amount was already correct—meaning they were potentially about to add an extra service charge on top of what we were already paying.

Overall, disorganized service, mediocre food, and a very concerning checkout experience. Definitely not worth it.

Truly wonderful food. I love the richness of vegetables and meat together and Flores delivers this perfectly. Thanks for a great meal!

I was here for birthday brunch and needless to say Flores was an amazing pick for the day. We ordered few appetizers including ceviche and chilaquiles with chicken tinga and it’s honestly something I could eat everyday. V flavorful and filling, makes you want to get some more!

Their strawberry margarita was amazing too, v well balanced and not too sweet. Lived people watching and getting some sun in their outdoor seating.

Really nice upscale Mexican restaurant. The mole (not pictured) had a great flavor and the chicken was nice and tender. The quesadilla was good as well, not overly cheesy which was nice. Definitely order the chips and guacamole, super yummy.
