I’m really disappointed by the service.
I’m actually a returning customer, and I’ve never had an issue with the food itself. It’s consistently good. BUT！！the service this time was truly disappointing.
I ordered a pastry and stepped outside to take a quick call for just about 10 minutes. When I returned and politely asked if my order was ready, the staff responded with a sarcastic comment about how I’m “not patient enough” simply because I stepped out. That alone was off-putting.
Even when I was placing my order earlier, the same staff didn’t really listen to what I was saying and gave me a look that felt frankly discriminatory. It made the whole experience uncomfortable and upsetting.
To be honest, I left feeling bad and disrespected.

First, just to clarify: the person you mentioned as “another customer” was actually my friend. We came in together and waited in front of the counter for quite a while. You didn’t acknowledge us at all until I stepped closer and said “hello. I want to order …” If you have a monitor or camera, I’m sure you can check that. She asked me to order first because she needed more time to decide, so I’m not sure why you’re claiming I didn’t allow you to assist her
Second, I have to ask—do you really consider your comment about me being “not patient enough” and the facial expression you gave me as polite? From a customer’s perspective, it felt dismissive.
I’m not here to argue—I just think it’s important for businesses to take feedback with humility instead of turning it into a personal attack.

My wife and I stopped by Flower and Branch today and were genuinely impressed. Every pastry we tried was thoughtfully made, with rich, balanced flavors and beautiful presentation. You can really taste the care that goes into the baking. The ambience was equally wonderful—warm, welcoming, and designed with a lot of intention. It felt like the perfect place to slow down and enjoy a quiet moment together. We’ll definitely be back for more!

I wasnt ready for how many pastry options this place had. All of them super delicious sounding and the kind man working there gave me a full breakdown of all the options. I was looking for something savory so I went with the breakfast Danish with the egg. I also tried a Lions mane latte like drink which was delicious. I want to come back and try more !

Started coming here because it’s only a few blocks from me and me and my girlfriend like the Kouign-amann. I stopped coming here because after waiting 20 minutes in line, they let someone who just walked in cut in front of me for no apparent reason. They also don’t seem to have enough staff.
I needed to find a bakery for customer gifts and Flour & Branch went above and beyond making it a very positive experience. From the moment I called the store to when I picked up the assortment of treats I felt the sincere care that went into running and operating this establishment. I look forward to sharing their baked goods with more customers in the future!

Perfect place for a weekend breakfast! Service is always friendly and personal even when they are busy. The pastries are the best around. Really good coffee options too!
I had double baked pecan croissant, it was great. Ambience is cute and cozy. Staff was super friendly. Would love to come back to try their cookies, they are famous for.

Flour & Branch was a nice surprise on our walk today. We unknowingly walked in near closing and they couldn’t have been nicer. The gentleman at the register helped us pick some things out and noted they’d be closing soon in a polite way so we’d be aware but no rush. The pastries were excellent and the coffee hit the spot. I’ll definitely be back.
This place is really cute, the food is great. My friend and I ordered chilaquiles and breakfast burrito. The service messed up our order but they gave us an Apple&guava danish. I wished the service was a bit better and more efficient.
