Flour + Water Pizzeria

Great pizzas, great vibe, great location, excellent service.
We ordered:
- Burratta pizza: very flavorful, crust was great. Lemon was the first flavor we got at every bite.
- pesto pizza: great crust. This one too was strongly lemony (as correctly described in the menu). We shouldn't have ordered 2 pizzas with the same 'lemon' profile.

Mentepulciano wine bottle- we did not like this wine at all. Very dry, felt cheap, packaged in transparent wine bottle (Not considering this in the rating of the restaurant/food).

Walked in for lunch on a Tuesday. They have a beautiful dining room and attentive service. We ordered the roasted carrots, pepperoni pizza with Calabrian chiles and hot honey, and swirl soft serve.

Solid pizza spot. We ordered the Pesto and Sausage pizzas. Pesto was excellent and very well balanced. Sausage was good although onions and vegetables were very strong and overpowering. Overall very nice establishment.

Great pizza! The ham and pineapple is a sophisticated and spicy twist on an old favourite. Crusts and bases are crispy with a pillowy inner. Yum.

Food was good and the place is beautiful. They took a long time to bring our food and when they did they said that they had another party in 15’, so we had to chugg our pizza and get dessert somewhere else

They sure know what to do with Flour & Water, the light and textured crust was like the pizzas we enjoyed in Italia. The Vegan with its Tofu Burrata tasted sinfully delicious, as did the Smoky Eggplant. The service staff is pleasant and the decor is crisp and clean -- an overall success.

Pizza is nothing special, way overrated. Got the pesto, cacio pepe, and maetza. Cacio was just bad, taste was not good and almost tasted sour. Maetza meat was average but ide rather has a meat lover from a chain pizzeria. Pesto was ok but nothing to write home about. GO TO

I came here for lunch with a friend after hearing good things about their gluten free pizza crust. So, now I’d like to say GREAT things about that pizza! The gluten free substitution makes your pie Sicilian style. It’s thick and a perfect balance of crispy outside, fluffy inside. It might just be the best gluten free pizza crust I’ve ever had, and I’ve tried a lot of gluten free pizzas over the years. The staff was super friendly and accommodating with my needs, and although I’m not Celiac, they made it clear their kitchen can work with any level of restriction. We got the meatballs to split (pictured), which automatically come gluten free (rare find!), as well as the soft serve swirl (not pictured, absolutely amazing). For drinks, I tried the Paloma Sour: very good stuff. Overall, highly recommended, and I look forward to the next opportunity to come back. ?

Flour + Water Pizzeria seriously hits the spot. I tried the burrata pizza, the meatza, and the sungold pizza — all of them were next level. The burrata was creamy and fresh, the meatza was packed with flavor, and the sungold pizza had this perfect balance of sweet and savory. The pizzeria itself is super cozy, and it’s in such a cute neighborhood. Perfect spot to chill with friends or grab a laid-back dinner.
