Ms. DIANA 😡. I’m so hurt and frustrated because I’ll never be able to get such great service like this again. She made me her “son’s chicken sandwich” and she put the mama touch on it 🤤. Damn…just damn. It’s not on the menu, it’s just exceptional love and passion for what she does. I will never go to another Focaccia location again. Ms. Diana is the #1 option hands down and no contest. Do yourself a favor and go see her. She’ll change your life with her smile alone. Next time I’m in there I’ll be showing up with adoption papers so she can adopt my 31 year old self because everyone needs a woman like this in their life

Focaccia Reserve should be on your short list if you're in the Embarcadero Center area. Sure you can go to a salad chain or a fast casual chain, but you can't beat generous offering from this cafe. Focaccia Reserve is a 30 year old business that knows what it means to deliver everything from salads to hot entrees.

Arguably some of the best bakery items in the menu! Amazingly nice staff. I always stop here when I get the chance. A very nice place to eat. Fully Customizable menu. But I like their cookies. Very big and wholesome. Two of them make a lunch meal.
DISCLAIMER: Their cookies have walnuts in them. I don't know if there's a sign indicating this but so not bite into it with a nut allergy. The nuts hide inside the cookie.

I was looking for something different for lunch and decided to wander a little further from the office than usual, and ended up in front of Focaccia Market & Bakery.
The place is very spacious. On the right side, there is the refrigerator with all the drinks. On the left, there are the salads and pastries. Straight ahead, as you walk in, you'll find the hot meal counter where burgers, signature plates, and bowls are served.
I walked around a bit and settled on Salmon Teriyaki under Focaccia Signature Bowls. The bowl came with rice and vegetables and a nice piece of salmon on the top. I liked everything, including the teriyaki sauce, which was very balanced. Not bad for $17!
The servers were very friendly. I spoke with a couple of them, and they were very helpful in answering my questions. We even cracked a joke or two for a laugh.
The dining space is nice and can accommodate small groups easily if you move a table or two around.
They are about a ten-minute walk from my office, but I will likely visit again.

Favorite healthy sandwich/salad place in SF
Focaccia used to be really busy. This is my first time back since 2020. I used to work right across the street at EC3 for 10+ years and now I'm on Battery St. Today at 12:30pm, there was only one person in line for the salad line and one other person on the hot food line. No one was in line for the sandwiches. It was pretty sad to see the employees out number the customers. I had good memories of Focaccia's food but not the service. Service was excellent today however. My focaccia burger tasted OK. It was a 1/2 pound patty burger, cheese, bacon & fries $16. It was solid. I'm going to try to come here more as I'm supposed to be in the office 3x a week.
Amazing experience, great food. Had a chat with the staff naming my huevos rancheros, chill guy who let us sample a dish. Would definitely recommend. Price is amazing for the portion.

Excellent for a healthy breakfast. Foccacia scramble is filling, cheap, high quality, and not greasy.

Great place for breakfast or lunch. Hot food section, warm and cold sandwich section, and salad bar. I saw the salad bar, and thought the to-go container was rather small but after watching them do their thing, I was proven wrong. Many fresh items to put in a salad as well as flavorful dressings.

Pre-ordered for the following day and it all transpired without a hitch. Food presentation and quality was great and there was an excellent variety of choices! Made me very hungry.
Awful service several times with their catering service. Food is delivered 2-3 hours before it is served. I am asked to never use this vendor again for any catering services.
I don't recommend this company,very bad management
Salmon Grill Salad and walking distance from Beale street but very pricey
