The Barista has got to be the rudest service worker I've ever met!!! He was extremely dismissive, sarcastic, and mean. We get it, it was busy, but he was still very rude (people behind us were also a bit shocked at his behaviour). We asked for three simple drinks, he was making them (quite slow, but all good). Was rude when we asked about having a croissant heated, and then when we decided not to tip, he loudly said "OH Thaaaaaaank youuuu!!!" over and over. And then said it a few more times with comments like "that's why we do this! We support small cafes" in a super cheerful and obviously sarcastic way.
Would never go back here

Horrible barista. Super rude for no reason. I asked for light ice and he replies with “you’re getting what it comes with normally”. I chose not to tip him after that and the way he was treating us. Once we didn’t tip he chose to say out loud “awe thank you for that” sarcastically that we didn’t tip him. Miserable worker shouldn’t work in customer service if you hate your horrible bum life.

The chocolate + croissant experience was absolutely amazing I can’t even describe it, my soul returned to my body, the barista was a girl, did a good job.
Good coffee but the barista has got to be the rudest service person I’ve had the displeasure of ordering from in recent memory. It’s a shame you are forced to tip before your coffee is served because I wouldn’t have tipped this guy after the fact. I don’t want to elaborate he was just extremely cold and rude. If you don’t like your job, that’s ok, find something else.

13 dollars two mochas, expensive even for the area. We queued for a long time waiting for an exceptional coffee which unfortunately did not happen. The blonde guy with the dilations and tattoos has been very rude. He didn't look us in the face even when we asked while he was explaining his life to the other waiter. We decided not to leave a tip and he hesitated with an ironic tone saying "have a good day". We did not fall for his provocation and left amicably. Although tips are highly valued in the United States due to low wages, in Barcelona you never leave a tip if the service is not correct. We didn't think you deserved it. American consumers should rethink the tipping system, wages should be decent and more if they generate this discomfort in the workers who make them mistreat tourists. I wish I could tell you that the mocha was good but not even that... I wouldn't go back. :/

Ordered a flat white. Coffee was bold and flavorful. Milk could have been frothed a little more for texture and heat. Great location by

My number 1 coffee spot for years! Baristas are truly talented artists, carefully crafting my drink with each visit. Dave is efficient and friendly. The barista, Keven, always wears a smile. 10/10!! (& a very comfortable experience for POC))

The guy was SUPER rude to us foreign clients. First he asked us to pay him before seeing the coffees. After I gave him a no tip for being rude at first… he gave me less coffee in one of the coffees I ordered. Bad experience never again. Get that blonde guy out

It's expensive and you wait for over 30 minutes, but they're rude and force you to leave a tip.
The coffee is also reasonably priced, and I waited too long, so I pressed No Tip, but the male barista immediately said, “Oh I appreciate that.” “Thank you very much,” he replied sarcastically and rudely. I even ordered a latte, but Americano came out first. One of my worst experiences in San Francisco.
Recommend to go somewhere else to save time and money.

Iced dripped coffee was good.
Much better coffee options then inside Ghirardelli. They had more milk alternatives and sugar free flavor. It was not the best but decent and a much better option for the area. I recommend it over the coffee inside. The barista is more skilled as well.
