Our server Pablo was so nice and attentive! He went out of his way to make sure we tried all the different meats available. The food just ok, definitely not what it has been in past visits. The restaurant itself is very nice. Had a nice evening celebrating a milestone!

As a regular patron of Fogo de Chao in San Francisco, I've consistently enjoyed excellent dinners at this venue. However, my first experience with their brunch service today left much to be desired, particularly regarding the service.After being seated, it took an unusually long 15 minutes before anyone came to take our order. Following this, our drink orders required another 25-minute wait. The real challenge, though, was after our meal. We ended up waiting over 20 minutes just to receive our check. Despite multiple requests to various staff members, including the host and the manager, it took an additional 10 minutes before our check was finally presented. Even after receiving the check, another 15 minutes passed without anyone attending our table to process our payment, forcing me to again seek out the host and manager to express my concerns.While the food quality remains impeccable, the service was notably poor and the staff's lack of empathy for a regular customer was disheartening. This experience has made me question whether to continue my patronage. I hope this feedback serves as a constructive critique, prompting an improvement in service, as I would love to continue enjoying what has always been a wonderful dining environment.
