I came to the States 10 years ago and have tasted hot pot restaurants all over the country. Fondue Chinoise now sits at the bottom of my list. Worst experience at a fondue/hotpot restaurant ever.
The signature spicy pot tastes like chili soaked in tap water. Goose intestines are okay but vastly overpriced, (price doubled if you go look at their earlier menu).
What's unacceptable are the Beef Strip and the Pork Kidney Slices. The Beef Strip came in very small pieces like...read full review
