The hotpot was not tasty but expensive, and the waiter was super rude.

Just had dinner with my husband and we really enjoyed our time eating here, no idea why the rate is only 3.9, but really a very good place for traditional Chinese hotpot, good service also, would come back again for sure.

I came here after seeing great reviews on social media, but it turns out those were just paid promotions. The reality is very different. There was only one overworked server for the entire place, service was slow, and the food was neither good nor reasonably priced. To make matters worse, a few of my friends got diarrhea after the meal. Very disappointing experience.

They are trying to trap tourists. A small serving of enoki mushrooms was $8, about 8 leaves of cabbage was $6, and a few tiny slices of pumpkin was $6...this is crazy shrinkflation. Food was decent but I can easily get just as good and better value hot pot elsewhere...will not come back. Please don't treat your guests like fools!

This was an amazing hotpot experience! They serve the best meat in San Francisco. I especially liked the shrimp balls, which are handmade by the owner. Be sure to try the handmade noodles too, they’re so chewy and flavorful.
This is amazing hotpot place in town. Had great experience with my friend. The owner is extremely nice and welcoming! The menu is also very authentic and fresh. Highly recommended!!!
Just bad
Do not come if you are looking for authentic hotpot! Or if you are hungry!
This place used to be good, but now it's NOT ANYMORE!!
We waited over an hour for the food! They are raw sliced beef, why it takes a whole hour to prepare!?!?!
Maybe they changed owners. Only two waiters for the whole place. When you ask them when my food will be ready, they told you I don’t know, I’m just a waitress
Soups are almost water. Portions were tiny. $7 for 4 small pieces corn. Crispy pork was just pure fat--disgusting.
Never again!
I have a good time eating here. They are open. The owner is super hospitable. And the food is fresh. Make sure you get the ones he recommends. He’s from Beijing :)
