This was an amazing hotpot experience! They serve the best meat in San Francisco. I especially liked the shrimp balls, which are handmade by the owner. Be sure to try the handmade noodles too, they’re so chewy and flavorful.
This is amazing hotpot place in town. Had great experience with my friend. The owner is extremely nice and welcoming! The menu is also very authentic and fresh. Highly recommended!!!
Just bad
Do not come if you are looking for authentic hotpot! Or if you are hungry!
This place used to be good, but now it's NOT ANYMORE!!
We waited over an hour for the food! They are raw sliced beef, why it takes a whole hour to prepare!?!?!
Maybe they changed owners. Only two waiters for the whole place. When you ask them when my food will be ready, they told you I don’t know, I’m just a waitress
Soups are almost water. Portions were tiny. $7 for 4 small pieces corn. Crispy pork was just pure fat--disgusting.
Never again!
I have a good time eating here. They are open. The owner is super hospitable. And the food is fresh. Make sure you get the ones he recommends. He’s from Beijing :)
Great hot pot! We came here to celebrate finish shooting our movie Unsavory Elements! The food was great and we all had a fun time!
The food was indescribable and extremely tasty. This restaurant is amazing with the best service.
Parking: Very easy access from across the road.

The food was pretty good, some of the cutting of the food wasn’t that ideal. Soup was okay but was homemade. Service was very good, servers were very outgoing at introducing the menu.

I had diarrhea right away after eating it, and the portion is really small now. How can I still mark it with $?

I really don't understand how they have a 4.1 rating. Everything on the menu says fresh this , fresh that, but the ingredients was soooooo bad and old , most of it was unbearable to ear. Beef tripe was dried like a piece of paper, unchewable and frog legs was just an ice ball etc etc. I don't know how this business even exist. And when I told them, they seem to think paper dry ingredient is "normal"???? Worst hot pot in my entire life, and this is including all the inauthentic hotpot I've tried, this one is not even about authenticity, it's just purely bad.

Restaurantji Recommends
I went on a Monday and had one of the sweetest experiences I have ever had in a restaurant. Lilly the owner came and helped us cook items that were new to us and basically made sure everything was perfect. On top of that all the food was delicious and the broth was the best I have ever had at hot pot. I highly recommend to anyone.

Each plate is super small, some food is not fresh. It costs 75 per person, we don’t even order many things, this is too overpriced! Very disappointing.
