Made reservations on a Friday evening at 6 PM. We were seated immediately. Unfortunately, it was close to the bathrooms and the view was a pier with cranes and barges with mechanical machines. Our server, Izrael, was attentive and also the staff made sure our water glasses were full. We ordered a Whole Dungeness Crab with Romaine Lettuce wedge. The romaine was nice; cold and crisp. Delicious. Some of the best crab I've ever had. The garlic sauce is amazing. Very quick and attentive service, old school atmosphere and we got to watch sea Lions swimming while we ate. Would definitely come back.
Absolutely amazing. We celebrated my daughters 10th Birthday here. Our service was fast, accurate, and attentive. I've worked in the restaurant business for over 25 years so from the outside looking in they have an amazing team everyone helping one another. You hear lots of communication between team members. I highly recommend Franciscan's. My daughter and I will definitely be back. For some more Calamari that was perfectly cooked, the Basa with lemon garlic sauce....
