The food was amazing... the halibut was perfect and the house-made panna cotta was the best I've ever had. But what really impressed me was the service. 3 or 4 different waitstaff tended to me, and all knew that my coffee was decaf, even though I only told one of them. The atmosphere was cozy... love the window seats where you can watch the cable cars go by. I don't ever write reviews, but this restaurant truly inspired me.
My wife and I were visiting San Francisco on vacation and discovered this gem! From the moment we entered we were greeted and sat on the balcony table. The staff were attentive and very helpful with suggestions. I had the roast chicken which was probably the best chicken dish I have ever eaten. The crispy skin and tender meat covered in the delicious marinade / sauce was outstanding. We finished off with the pecan pie which I could eat everyday for the rest of my life!!! We don't...
This is restaurant is adorable, quaint, yet elegant and feels like a treat to yourself. The food is excellent; amazing fettuccine, wonderful filet, great wine, and the homemade desserts are marvelous! We recommend this restaurant to all our friends.
