We love Peruvian food. I have been going to Fresca in West Portal, Fillmore , Dolores n now here in Irving.
I brought a-lot of guests from different States and other countries. They all love it.
Really enjoyed the happy hour offerings featuring $1 oysters. We also had the grilled skewered beef heart (meaty), the beef empanadas and the Peruvian donuts. Wonderful attentive service.

Fresca offers good food, but unfortunately, it didn’t wow me. The flavors were decent, but nothing about the meal felt particularly memorable.
