A real local spot near Union Square. Eric and his family have made a great place for grabbing breakfast, sandwiches, and coffee. Great prices, and many locals come here that you can meet and chat with. My goto place for lunch, morning coffee, and small bites to eat. Also, the Vietnamese sandwiches are the best I've had in the city.
I recently tried an avocado bacon Vietnamese sandwich, and it was delicious, filling, and satisfying. However, my friend didn’t enjoy the ‘plate’ items as much since they came with rather dry, brown hashbrowns. It could be that I’m just not familiar with this Vietnamese style.
Amazing bodega with super honest prices. Great selection of sambos, bagels and croissants. They also have Vietnamese sambos and bobas. Highly recommend a visit for a coffee and breakfast
