So good! They have many different combinations of dumpling fillings. We went with the three treasures, and the mushroom & chicken filling, one with soup and one without, they were both so good. The soup that it comes with is filled with seaweed, and a light savory broth. I highly suggest adding vinegar to the broth to bring out the flavor even more. And you make your own dipping sauce at the table for your dumplings as well.
Service was great, and the food came out quickly. Plenty of seating, with wall decorations.

Gas dumplings. That means really yummy dumplings. I like to get their pan fried dumplings. They aren't overly fried but the skin is a great consistency and they are really juicy with lots of soup!! It wasn't very busy here on a Sunday at 7 and there's usually available street metered parking on the street or neighboring streets.
Friends recommended this place for dumplings. Tried the house special beef rice noodle soup and came with bok choy and slices of beef. Soup is tasty and not too salty. The meats were cut in smaller pieces with a couple of sliced pieces. The rice noodle held their texture and not overcooked. The panfried onion and beef dumplings had a crunchy and chewy skin texture and when you bite into them, the juice from the onion and beef just leaks out into your mouth. They taste very good when you add soy sauce and chili oil. Everything was excellent but for one person was alot. I couldn't finish the dumplings. I would eat here again and try the steamed dumplings and the panfried pancakes. The service is good and place is clean. Depending on time, this place can be busy. Update: came back 3 days later to eat again. This time the chive pancake,fried wontons,pork potstickers, pork Xiao long bao,and chive egg prawn + pork dumplings. All are excellent and would order again.

Oh my goodness! So fresh, so flavorful! We had the mushroom and chicken dumplings in broth and the pan fried pork and prawn dumplings. Everything was so good that we ordered the fried crab cheese appetizer afterwards because we wanted to try something else too. Seated quickly, served quickly. Clean restaurant. Popular place and we can see why. Hidden gem. These visiting Midwesterners loved it!
