Love this place! Ever since I was a little girl my whole family ate here. We all have wonderful memories and the staff is so polite! Still the best place ever to eat authentic cuisine. Thankfully with how all the locals are closing up shop these folks have kept strong. Always my go to. Love you guy's ?

This place used to be good a long while ago and I hadn't been in for around ten yrs. I was surprised to see the same people running it. The prices have gone up significantly while the quality of the food has gone way down. I ordered a won ton soup, an order of kung pao chicken and chicken chow mein(to go) but wasn't impressed at all to say the least. Food was bland and I could taste the raw corn starch in the kung pao sauce. The meat in both the chown mein and the kung pao was very fatty and had no seasoning. The won ton soup was on the salty side with almost no veggies and the won tons super mushy and falling apart. To top it off, the check came out to $57 which I consider way too high for the quality. Sadly, no I DO NOT recommend.

Authentic bakery and restaurant for fair priced foods. I can definitely see myself eating here weekly if I lived in the area.P.S. If you go around noon, they have some parts of dim sum as well

This place totally SCAMS! Who would think that a hole in the wall place would charge $13 for a tomato beef chow mein?!? The cashier lady looked my husband up and down, determined that he could be suckered, and charged him $26 for two plates. If you're looking for cheap eats, this is not the place to go.
So the coffee here is jet fuel and self serve. The morning are filled with grandpas watching tv on their phones and yelling at each other. Their congee is excellent.

Was in the area and needed to kill some time before picking up my carpool riders downtown. Yelped some food and found this dive with good reviews with salty fish on their menu. Not all Chinese restaurants offer salty fish and if they do, then they're the real deal. The menu also has oxtail which is another favorite. Plenty of street parking. Walked in to order and asked for both my favorite dishes, but they said no more!? Now I'm stuck with dishes that aren't so special. The menu board had no prices, but how much could Chinese food cost? I order seafood pan fried noodles, beef stew, and chicken eggplant. I should have walked out when they said they didn't have the specialty dishes cause the seafood noodles didn't taste like anything. Same with the chicken dish. Just 90% eggplant and 10% chicken. No spices, no garlic, no black bean. Nothing, but meat and veggie!? The beef stew was ok, but it wasn't the traditional Chinese beef stew, but something similar with potatoes? I guess it was Americanized? Here's the really kicked, These 3 dishes totaled $49!!!??? I have eaten at hundreds of Chinese places and I have NEVER paid $50 for 3 regular plain dishes from a hole in the wall joint!!!??? Sorry, but won't be fooled again

Just a little hole-in-the-wall with, maybe 6, tables. I only ordered 1 item to go so I can't vouch for the food quality although my pricey fried won tons were small, over-fried, and there's an APB out for the pork which was definitely missing in action.
