The wait wasn’t long for a Saturday night dinner (about 30 mins). The imperial rolls were just okay, nothing special. The banh cuon rolls were good - thin and full of meat. The gaozilla was big and very shareable. The meats were all very tasty, broth was also good. The shaking beef was tender and the sauce was flavorful. good food, crowded. we got there around 1PM and waited like 25 minutes. the dishes were worth it. there was no spot for parking at all. we had to look for one the whole waiting time
The Big Rib Pho is like you saw someone goodlooking but later realized that they have no brain. The rib meat was tough and gum-style chewy. Service and everything else other than the food were great!
