Horrible staff.
I ordered a few drinks. The bartender wasn't satisfied with the tip I gave him, so he screamed at me in front of the entire bar and had the bouncer kick me out.
I called my friends who were still inside and told them to take the drinks since I was kicked out. The bouncer overheard me, walked back inside, and POURED THE DRINKS OUT in front of my friends.
They stole my hard earned money. Disgusting behavior from the staff who were on a power trip.

Absolutely horrendous experience. What started as a promising night quickly turned into a disaster due to the rude and unprofessional staff. Despite ordering expensive drinks and tipping, our drinks were taken and poured out simply because the bartender felt it wasn’t enough. On top of that, my accent was mocked, making the whole experience even more humiliating. I was so defeated that I left my friends and Ubered home early. The entitlement and disrespect were outrageous—there are far better bars in SF where you won’t be judged, belittled, or thrown out for no reason. Avoid this place at all costs.

It’s a cool spot. The band was solid and Tristan the bartender and our waitress Amanda were very friendly. We sat in the back by the pool table. Hard to hear the music but is what it is. I dropped this from a 5 star review for this reason. Their listed hours say they’re open till 2. I totally understand bars closing early if no one is there, however we had three at our table and it appeared there were other tables that left because they announced last call at 12:45. We ordered a drink at last call and around 10 minutes later we were informed we had to leave. The security guy said he’d check with the bartender. They agreed to let us stay to finish our drink. As we left at 1 they closed the door lights came on and at least 6 people were sitting at the bar having drinks. It appeared the staff just wanted to get done and have drinks with their friends. It’s a bad look when paying customers are asked to leave and friends stay. Each round for our group was around $40. We would have had at least two more. How many others would have had another round too. Joe kick money do they lose weekly doing this. Plus now that we know you can’t count on the hours we may choose to go to other spots we know stay true to their listed hours. Again if they had closed and were cleaning and no one was there I’d probably be more understanding but to usher everyone out and have 5 or 6 people who i did not see working that night (maybe they are staff and had the night off) sitting at the bar after we were told they were closed was a bad look. Considering i bought round 1 and it was $42 before tip and we had at least 4 more rounds after that one. We spent over 200 on the night. I wouldn’t want to run customers like that off.
