Gestalt Craft Beer Bar, established in 2, is a great place to hang out with beer and shoot the breeze with friends. The crowd skews to the younger side (20s and 30s), but everyone feels welcome. With pool, pinball, and tons of space, the vibes are immaculate. Great beer and kombucha on tap keep guests coming back—some even visit two nights in a row. While food isn’t always available, the blueberry was yummy, and bringing outside bites is an option. The owner’s kindness, like letting guests charge their phones, adds to the community feel. A true gem with killer service, Gestalt remains a much-needed spot in San Francisco.
