It does not matter how far in advance you call in an order, they NEVER start cooking it until you walk in the door. Despicable! I have ordered in advance 7 times now, and my order is NEVER ready! My latest order, today, was not started until I walked in the door. The extra Bok Choy I asked for was not added. I had to wait some more for them to fix it. There was no fork.

The salt and pepper wings are delicious. However whereas they say 6 pieces for 13.95 is really only 3 whole wings cut in half. You get 3 drums and 3 flats. Go figure.

Food is reasonably priced, however two times in ordering take out they gave me the wrong food. I would order something along the lines of Chicken and Broccoli, and would get home to discover that I have a container of just broccoli. Overall good food.

They have delicious food, great customer service, and they participate in the "Meals" program that takes EBT ?! (Which is VERY appreciated by those living without kitchens, just FYI... in case you're judging withOUT knowledge of other's living situations in this City).

A family meal order for two, beef fried rice for $25, sweet and sour chicken, chicken chow mein, 4 fried prawns, 2 cans of soda (I substituted spring rolls for the prawns), for under 15 Real 1 minute ready as promised, food was hot, taste average compared to other American Chinese food in the area. The location ;acks the view but the guest service was neither exceptional nor the price for the food we ordered to go. I don't like it.

On 3/4/2022 I bought 3 orders of whole crab and garlic noodles with pork fried rice. Let me just say this, if you like LOTS OF BUTTER AND GARLIC then this is the place for you!!! I ordered by phone but when I got there they were just now preparing my order. I had to wait another 15mins while another customer had her two dogs walking around the entire sniffing the establishment. After arriving home eating my food my entire family had an upset stomach along with bathroom runs…because of the garlic and butter (TOO MUCH) I should’ve asked for less butter and garlic but lesson learned. Oh and the garlic noodles were white thin and dry.

disgusted they better be glad I had to go to my next destination they gave me old rewarmed up food from the microwave it was horrible the only thing fresh was the glaric noodle I was so irritated me and my son spent$ 35 I think they may need an inspection as well if I could give them 0 stars I would

They are just the worst when it comes to Chinese food. My chicken and broccoli chow mein tasted like fish and was super dry. It made me sick the veggies egg rolls were undercooked. Who wants to pay 20 dollars for gross food that you can bearly eat and make you sick???? Don't do it to your stomach or yourself
