Prices are decent for quality of food offered. Love Hong Kong style dessert. Perfect for cold weather with a hot dessert, or vice versa when it's hot.
They also offer savory food which can be a dinner spot.
The service is ABSOLUTELY the worst. I have allergy to coconut and ordered mango deluxe, there was no description of coconut is included. Turned out it does include coconut milk and I got a symptom. I asked for the refund but the server rudely accepted and shut all the time, NO APOLOGY. Never going back again…
We ordered the Mango Deluxe, not realizing it contained coconut—especially since the menu didn’t list coconut in the description, while other items clearly did. One of our friends has a coconut allergy, and after we started eating, she began having an allergic reaction and started itching. We immediately informed the waitress, but there was no urgency, no apology, and no basic concern. I even had to get up and grab water myself. After some back-and-forth, they replaced the dessert with a cheaper option (Mango Sago) but didn’t acknowledge their mistake or offer a refund for the price difference. It’s incredibly disappointing how poorly the situation was handled.

Horrible, like other peoples reviews, they pressured to tip. Not only was the portions small, but there was basically no service. In fact, we technically served ourselves as we go up to order and sit ourselves down. When we went to order a dessert after our meal, she asked me why I didnt tip MORE. When we first ordered, she told me “You can tip if YOU’D LIKE,” so we tipped 1 dollar as we felt pressured. The next time, she asked why we didnt tip more. The customer service was not there and extremely poor. I will not be going again.

I ordered grass jelly sago coconut milk & basically coconut milk mostly, with small amounts of tiny squares of jelly. They need to update their photos. My friends ordered mango sago and sagos were in big clumps. They were able to accommodate the 13 of us.
