Had lunch at HD noodles and went here after lunch for dessert.Ordered a sampler. It was pretty good. Food was 4-1/2 stars but service was 5. Overall good experience. Also, not many place open for late night snacks.I had black sesame walnut paste, mango saga, ham sandwich, and drinks
In my 30s now but I have been in this place a lot in high school and college. Always had a good experience back then. I Was here with my family yesterday 1/25/2024 at noon. The waitress who was working that day for whatever reason seemed to discriminate us because we aren't Chinese. She served tea to all other guests except us and was rude overall. She also had the audacity complaining we tipped too low. Yeah good luck Golden Island hiring these kind of people, I am never coming back. You just lost a local.

This place has changed a lot since the pandemic. If you want water, you have to request it. They don't have the classic dessert bowl anymore. It's in a disposable plastic cup. It's always a good spot to get dessert but when it's a busy night, it's hard to get a table.

I'll give it a 2.7 star because they gave me a runny and unsweeted mango deluxe which we ask for a replacement, The moment we were paying they're asking for a mandatory tips which we dont expect. Tbh the food and dessert are mid, I ordered a "HOT" coco and gave me a slighly cold drink. the popcorn chicken bus bussin tho

Their egg and spam instant noodle hits as a late night snack. They use Hong King's signature NISSIN noodles and it's definitely a comfort food. We also tried their Dun Lai, mango deluxe, and fresh mango sago with coconut milk. Service was quick and with their pricing, it's definitely worth a visit!

Very yummy and warm dessert on a cold day! Service was excellent and speedy! Loved the popcorn chicken too. Very cozy store and amazing atmosphere. 100% would recommend for high tea!

Came here on a rainy day and this hit. We got the hot sweet tofu and black sesame with tong yuan dessert. Both were not too sweet and very well portioned. Would come back again.

This cafe is in a nice residential area with plenty of metered parking. Keep in mind that it will be fastest to order and pay up at the front and then go and sit down. We ordered grapefruit with mango and sago and it was delicious! The interior is also nice for catching up and chatting and the large windows let lots of light in. Overall, I would visit again.

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered 4 desserts TO GO - nothing special or crazy. I sat down at an empty table and 10 minutes later they asked me to wait outside EVEN THOUGH THERE WERE OTHER EMPYY TABLES. I told them no (it was cold outside and there were other open tables). I figure they'd get my order done and I'd be on my way right? No, they served other patrons that arrived after I did just because they ordered for sit down. Meanwhile, 40 minutes later I had to go up to the front to ask when my drinks would be done. They pulled it up and said "it's done now" but it was sitting there for quite a while - I now have melted desserts! Unbelievable! This place is a dump, dirty and it's simply not worth going here. Stay away.

This is our spot for desserts for many years. We get the mango sago, Dan Dan, and bubble pool. Very consistent on the taste. So delicious and hits the spot for desserts that are not too heavy. Opens late so when you have carvings, swing by.
