We were craving for some pho as a hangover cure and found this place! We were seated quickly when we arrived, and the room was already full!
I ordered their imperial rolls, and the large #1 House special beef soup noodle, which comes with sliced lean beef, brisket, beef tendon, beef tripe, beef balls, and a side plate of bean sprouts, basil, jalopieno, and lemon.
The imperial rolls were just alright; they didn't have enough flavor, lacking the distinct white pepper taste. I would try their shrimp spring rolls next time!
The combination pho tasted delicious, the broth was fragrant, the noodles were cooked to the right texture, and it came loaded with meats.
The staff was attentive, the food came out quickly, and they served hot tea! On top of that, the prices were really reasonable. Highly recommended!

This place serves consistently delicious pho that has stayed true to its flavor for over 20 years! The staff are always welcoming, friendly, and speak Cantonese, which adds a warm, personal touch to every visit. A true neighborhood gem!

Phở is tasteless, bún bò Huế is a bit better. My daughter tried bún chả giò thịt nướng and she said it was ok. Overall, ok food, filling you up but not a place to try for the best authentic Vietnamese food

Amazing. Got the chicken vermicelli.
Five spice chicken with rice was mid.
Gonna try beef stew next time
I always eat here when visiting San Francisco and have the lean spicy beef pho. Never disappoints and always delicious.

Pho was great. A little on the expensive side, but fantastic portions of beef. And good quality. Wish there were different sizes as an option. Highly recommended if you need a pho fix.

The spicy pho is excellent. The meatballs were very nicely flavored. My daughter loved the seafood in the nest of crunchy noodles and my inlaws enjoyed the roast beef and grilled chicken. Super friendly staff that takes care of you. They’ve been in business for 34 years as of 2025 and it shows!

Great lunch spot if you work in the financial district. It's everything you'd expect from an Asian mom and pop shop. Quick, delicious, decently priced food. Even during the lunch rush you're able to be seated and served quickly as long as you don't mind sitting with other single diners.
To those complaining about the service, it's clearly not a fine dining restaurant, so y'all should keep your expectations down and you'll be good.
