Friendly staff & reliably solid drinks. I highly recommend the mango milk tea with tapioca!
Loved the brown sugar milkshake!! So yummy. Just wish their straws worked better..I know people have an issue with plastic, but Gong Cha pleassee get some thick, plastic straws for your drinks...would greatly appreciate this. šā¤ļøā¤ļø
This is an order I placed through DoorDash, and when it was delivered, my drink cup was tilted and spilled. I hope the restaurant will improve by using a carrier tray to prevent spills.
terrible drinks tasted like cigarettes. service was fast though
I stopped by on a Monday, a bit after lunchtime to try a few of Felix's Pick! drinks for the new Stray Kids Felix cup sleeves. The wait for 2 medium boba drinks was longer than I expected because someone before me ordered like 20 drinks. There was only 1 person making the drinks as well.
I'm not the biggest fan of bubble tea and super sugary drinks, so I modified the drinks with reduced sugar and no ice. Felix's Pick! - Brown Sugar Milk Tea w/ Pearls is a classic and basic milk tea drink. Felix's Pick! - Milk Foam Oolong Tea w/ Coconut Jelly tastes like a tropical pineapple type of drink. If I had to pick one, I'd go with the Brown Sugar Milk Tea.
Overall, this Gong Cha location is more of a grab and go spot since there are very few seats available. It doesn't really lend itself to be a chat and catch up type of boba establishment.
As a fan of Stray Kids, I was mainly disappointed that the Felix cardboard cut out was barricaded by the stairwell.
Love their mango smoothie and strawberry milk tea. But their marble matcha is one of the best . The service was great as well. I didnāt had to wait for since i ordered online and it was ready quite fast as well.
Always on point. Appreciate the efficiency and and thankful for the workers here. Great boba!
Iāve had my issues with this store, but ultimately, theyāre good people. That was especially proven today. I made a super dumb mistake when ordering, and one of the employees Katie, recognize mistake, and help me fix it without having to jump through a bunch of hoops. She didnāt even have to fix it if she didnāt want to but she did. It was refreshing. It had been a long day and I couldāve used a break and thatās what she gave me.
Delicious. Thank you for the new obsession.
It was good
Restaurantji Recommends
a taro boba was $7.30 in the smallest size. not very sweet at the default 50% but it's okay. small for a medium but that goes for everywhere nowadays.
Very disappointed with Gong Cha. Over priced and test horrible!!!! Itās a $7.75 drink that I canāt drink. Itās named āsmoothieā but it is not a smoothie at all, it is a syrup drink, they even use yogurt syrup šµāš«I have never felt this bad ever. I only had a sip and couldnāt continueš„“. It tasted like a cough syrup for kidsā¦The woman who made the drink was nice but I do not recommend this menu! ā
The staff responded kindly. The bubble milk tea was delicious. I liked it because it tasted like I originally knew it. It was nice to meet the Gongcha I used to eat in Korea in San Francisco.
Friendly and helpful staff, yummy drinks, their taro milk tea is DAIRY FREEE š„°š
Itās takes 20 minutes for 1 order to make. And the kids just keep talking with their friend. Yes I stand in there for 20 minutes, watched them talk and laugh. And still made wrong order when I asked for 50% ice but got no ice. I donāt want to say anything, they are just a kids.
