Try it all. Everything was delicious and very affordable 😋 I sampled 7 different kinds of dim sum, a BBQ bun and the egg tarts for $18. I was a little overwhelmed when I first looked at the extensive menu, but the lovely lady at the counter was very patient with me😊. She gathered my goodies into little clam boxes as I called out the numbers of the tasty looking dishes and pointed at the beautiful buns. I'm kicking myself that I didn't get more.
Good Mong Kok Bakery is an authentic Chinese bakery located in the heart of San Francisco’s Chinatown. You know the food is the legit when the shop is run by hardworking grandmas who operate at lightning speed with minimal English exchange. Thankfully, there are plenty of photo menus to guide you, but I highly recommend having your order prepared on your phone. If you hesitate, they will skip right over you, and honestly, neither the staff nor the regulars have time for indecisiveness.

Loved it when I got it last year but this time around they're so aggressively mediocre. Shrimp dumplings are bland and skin is too thick and dry, pineapple pork bun is stale and bland and couldve been baked for longer, peanut and sesame mochi is too soft (no qq texture I wanted)
