Very bad service, the cashier was very bad at her job, she talks to you scolding you as if you were stupid, I tried to ask for sauce and she scolded me, she looked at me very ugly, the kitchen guys spend their time talking to each other in a language that I don't know, I don't recommend this place, the staff gives very bad service, they have to change the cashier, it's super horrible that they treat you that way

Been going to Gordos since 1980s always ordered a super burrito always got sour cream, guacamole and cheese and we went there yesterday me and my daughter ordered two super burritos and it was rice , beans and meat and just dry as can be. I ordered online so I went in to say there was nothing in it condiment wise and was told it’s all extra!!!!!! AOK what is the difference between a regular burrito and a super burrito 2 inches in a tortilla and more of a cost with no condiments. Come on GORDOS! Ridiculous!

Absolutely tastefully and truly Mexican! Handmade tortillas so organic and rich in flavour!! Definitely coming again!!
I'm really only here to complain about the atrocious mistake they made with my burrito - ordered online, ordered a super burrito with carnitas, everything no beans no hotsauce. I cut it in half and rice and cheese have somehow been replaced by steak and chicken! The Clement location has never messed up this bad, I highly recommend going there instead, especially considering it's not that far from the geary one.
