Is a good taqueria so much to ask for? It’s really not that hard. The City is almost the worst place in California to get Mexican food. UP on the prices, DOWN on the portions (98% rice and beans), and, some places, DOWN on the quality too. I might as well go to the store, crack open a can of beans and throw ‘em in a tortilla. $16-18 after tax for some of the worst “super” burritos I’ve had in my life in this city. It’s sad, because I love so many other things about it… and I love Mexican food… y’all are killing me!

I ordered a burrito and they asked me if I want extra guac, extra sour cream extra cheese and then they charge you a lot in extra without you notice. The personal was rude also. Overpriced and not really good. First and last time there!

Unfortunately, my wife got sick immediately after eating here. Usually it's great / no issues, but today something was off with her burrito (she thinks the guac). Sharing in the hopes that they can quickly resolve the issue if it's related to ingredient freshness.

Decent burritos overall (Little Chihuahua is superior); it would help if they offered some spicy tofu as a plant based option. The grilled chicken isn’t available in white meat. No option if you only want onions and cilantro without all the runny tomatoes in your burrito. Bean and cheese burrito is good but not worth it value-wise. Service was ok.
Vegetarian options: Bean and cheese burrito or bowl is about it. It would cost very little to offer tofu but they haven’t done it yet

Been buying burritos from Gordos on clement for about 40 years. Has been great every time . But last week they used mint in either the salsa or the picodagio. Bought 4 for myself and my family to eat in GG park. All 4 were got thrown in the garbage after about 2 bites. Will try one more time. But that's it.
