Dinner Before Evening Flight We were flying SFO to PHX in July, and as our T3 departure gate was 74, we decided to drop into Gordon Biersch, right at that gate for dinner, as we would be arriving in Phoenix after 9:30pm. Came here for breakfast as I was waiting for a flight. It’s sufficient and the breakfast burrito will fill you up. Nothing exciting per se but it’s a nice establishment at the airport at reasonable airport prices.

To answer my own rhetorical question is this: Bring a bag and fill it with tasty homemade dishes and eat that instead. We were at the SFO airport and had a 3-hour layover and my wife wanted some healthy food and I wanted a bread so we stopped at Gordon Biersch. The price $17.25 for fresh strawberries, Greek yogurt and a bread was very pricy. I needed to get it because my wife hates airline food and is pregnant. I’d never pay such a price for food but when you’re at the airport...
