If you want to be safe, order the impossible nuggets. Burgers are difficult to be made vegan; even though they have impossible patties, the bun, cheese and sauces are not vegan. Staff was not very knowledgable either. The nuggets were good though!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pure Happiness in a Cup at the Ferry Building From the very first spoonful, I knew this wasn’t just soft serve – this was art. Gott’s has completely redefined what a simple scoop can be. The texture is impossibly smooth, the flavors are bold yet perfectly balanced, and every bite tastes like it was crafted with love. I went with the Double 8 Salted Caramel, and honestly, it felt like San Francisco sunshine had been spun into ice cream form. The location couldn’t be better – right inside the Ferry Building Marketplace, with all the buzz of the waterfront just outside. The staff are friendly, fast, and genuinely seem to enjoy serving up happiness (shoutout to the team for their smiles and energy!). Whether you’re craving classic Straus Organic Vanilla, velvety Dutch Chocolate, or something adventurous like Fior di Latte, you cannot go wrong. And don’t even get me started on the floats – they’re next-level nostalgia in a cup. Bottom line: Gott’s Soft Serve is a must-stop San Francisco treat. Skip dessert anywhere else – this is the gold standard.

Brilliant food and a great atmosphere. Lots of choice on the menu and really good value for money. If you’re in SF then head to Gott’s. Highly recommend

Wonderful vibe. Low key and unpretentious. Perfection. Great burgers and fries. Don’t forget the dessert. Family friendly. Though they closed at 10p, we were the loud, laughing group that overstayed past closing time. Ty the hospitality!

Gott’s is located at the northern end of the Ferry Building. There is indoor and outdoor seating, facing Embarcadero Street. Our family had already eaten and instead chose Gott’s for their soft serve yogurt. The desert was great, loved it. Can’t comment on their regular menu since we didn’t eat from it.

A lovely place for lunch with both indoor and outdoor seating. You order food then find a seat with the portable announciator, and when the food is ready, you pick it up at a separate window. Several burger options are available as well as fries, chili and hot dogs. Drinks available include beer, wine, soft drinks, and shakes. Lunch outside in the city on a nice sunny day is a special treat.
