I got the soft tofu soup. It was quite good! My dining mate got a bento box that was enormous, tasty and beautifully crafted. My soup came out bubbling hot and seemed to be quite lovingly prepared. Lots of diced vegetables and soft tofu in a yummy broth; it came with a side of rice and was almost like
A warm comforting stew. I recommend and would go back. Definitely ask for the separate veg menu.

The quality of products is questionable. We ordered yellow fish sushi, Phila rolls and ramen. My wife and I had Intestinal disorder after leaving the restaurant. Maybe sushi master don’t wash hands properly or fish is not fresh.

Loved this neighbourhood restaurant but this is not a place I would get sushi again. The sushi chef was not trained. The sushi was not rolled or presented correctly. The fish was ok but really not acceptable. I’d worry that the care and treatment of the raw fish was also not careful or correct. The vibe is awesome and I love the regulars but I’d stick to soups etc.

The food was incredible. So was the service. The bummer was not being able to split checks. We were out for a work lunch as a table of 4, but we were told we could only split the check between 2 people. This caused some issues with our group as some had cash and some didn’t.

Had a wonderful dinner here! The service was excellent, and the cozy, relaxing atmosphere made for a great dining experience. The food was well-prepared, and I especially enjoyed the unique twist on the tonkatsu ramen with the addition of fresh ginger—it added a nice, refreshing touch. Overall, a really nice dinner, and I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for delicious ramen!

This has been my favorite restaurant in the neighborhood since I was a student in 2015 while I am currently working as a designer in Silicon Valley. In particular, I am sure that my aunt's Bento Box, which is neat and always delicious like home-cooked food and topped with fresh seasonal fruits, is the No. 1 restaurant in San Francisco. They always ask me if I'm hungry or if I'm missing any side dishes, and they even bring out the side dishes they made themselves, but they're all thieves because they don't leave anything behind. It's nice to be able to see my aunt cheerful and healthy every time.

The food was fresh and delectable. We had the sushi combination with a rainbow roll; we definitely would recommend it. We also had the obligatory sake (Ozeki) and Asahi. Support this business as it is the embodiment of San Francisco food culture!

Lovely restaurant with classical decorations. food presentation was beautiful . Liked the beef. The salmon was dry, overcooked and tasteless. My girl is a salmon lover but she didn’t like the salmon at all.
