Upscale pub with outdoor seating, small menu, and neighborhood prices. Everything I tried was well executed and tasty. Staff is incredibly accommodating and makes you feel like family. Hats off to them, very nice job. Can’t wait to return!

My husband and I were looking for a place to eat close to the Exploratorium, what a lucky find for us. My husband had the meatball sandwich and I had the buttermilk chicken sandwich, both were excellent! I also had the fennel soup, it was seasoned so well and delicious!

Very fond memories about our experience at Grumpy’s. The food was excellent, and the signature burger - absolutely outstanding. The staff were friendly, patient, and very accommodating with our large group. Great service and a relaxed atmosphere – highly recommended!

Super noisy place. Not sure if the server/bartender is racist against brown people but he circled the tip amount 10 times before giving me the receipt. Didn’t come back around to check for food orders either - had to try to grab his attention for each little thing
