Went in near closing to get a roast duck over rice. They had two whole hanging ducks in the window but refused to cut them open for my order. Guess they were saving them to resell the next day.

San Francisco has so many Chinese barbecue restaurants and stores. Guangdong Barbecue Restaurant is one of the famous barbecue restaurants in the Sunset District. Most of the customers purchase the Chinese barbecue to go. They have the yummy roasted duck, BBQ pork, and roasted pork. All these BBQ items are my favorite!Parking: Metered street parking only

I used to come here as a kid with my parents and decided to share a little bit of my childhood with my husband and daughter. I walked in and was completely ignored while someone who looked more Chinese than I did got helped out. I said out loud that I was pretty sure I was next in line. I left and went to get Thai food down the block. Don't come here.

OMG this Is garbage food. I went there to eat with my family. Brócoli and chicken have a lot of mushroom and mostly no chicken. When i ordered it was really cold it was like almost frozen. When i got my duck it was cold so when i told her to heat up my food all she did was microwave my food so it wasn’t that delicious. The table was sticky and had some food crumbs, and they didn’t have any people to wash their dishes so they gave us plastic plates instead. When me and my family ordered the food the lady that was working their is really stupid to us. She didn’t even know what she was doing. I DON’T RECOMMEND TO EAT THERE!!! WORSE PLACE TO EAT!!!? Oh my God Please

This is the worse food I’ve eaten. The service was horrible. The table was super sticky, told us they didn’t have anyone to wash the dishes so they gave us plastic containers. we paid almost 100 dollars for it to be disgusting. I ordered broccoli and chicken and they told me there broccoli was not normal broccoli, so I tried it and was disgusting, so was the chicken and they added some sort of mushroom which looks expired. We had to pay before receiving our food, do not go here worse place to go to. The lady that works on the register acted stupid towards us when we complained. Service was horrible, everything was horrible, my duck came almost frozen.

I got the duck over rice for about $12. The good pieces were ok if a little on the cold side. 80% of the cuts were spine and cartilage. The veggies were soggy. Won't be going back. Too bad because I live nearby and was hoping this could be a regular spot. Oh well.

The worst customer service ever, bullying mid-age people. DO NOT COME TO HERE. BAD FOOD WITH BAD ATTITUDE. I would just go 林和順 instead

I thought I would try the BBQ food here instead of the place on 25th ave. I definitely messed up, overnight dry duck and disgustingly fat cha siu.

The man who is probably part owner I don't know nor care. He is the one who stands at the counter with the meats. We asked him a question regarding if they offer a particular dish and he was very very rude. Just looked angry at us and waved us away to the woman standing 10 feet away. If he or anyone wants to do business here then courtesy should be understood. If he hates people then quit and/or close the restaurant. If he can't speak English then that's not my problem and something he need s to learn. Needless to say we didn't patronize this place nor will recommend. There are far too many other Chinese restaurant/take out places around ones that actually treat people with courtesy. I can see why this place is 1* rated mostly.

Cold bbq meat served. Dirty and terrible service. Also demanded for tips before I even had a chance to leave tips. Will never return.

I usually wait for my mom to buy the prepared food here. We usually get the pig intestines, which is sold by the pound. The intestines itself don't weigh a lot, but today the worker decided to weigh the soup liquid with the intestines which made the weight heavier. It usually cost us about $14 for the intestines, but today it came out to be $26.Obviously, this was a little shocking, so my mom asked why it cost so much today since we usually frequent this place buying the same things and know the average price. The worker rudely and abruptly responded "don't buy it if you don't have money". (In Chinese)So we ended up not buying it, and will not return.

Please do yourself a favor and order the hanging duck. It is juicy succulent and delicious. In the parking meter out front only cost a quarter

I've also just gotten takeout from here. Typ go when I crave standard Chinese dishes like cha siu (which i really like. only once was it a little bit raw - but if i had asked them for better slices i think they would have given it). wonton isn't as good but taste hits the spot. Obviously it's not mind blowing so I wouldn't give it a 4, but 3.5 maybefood - 3.5/5value - decent

Best roasted duck in town. Yes I tried roasted ducks every single spot in San Francisco and saved you the time - they have the best roasted ducks
