Love this place !!! My partner from Bandit introduced me to this spot and it’s so good !! I’ve only had it twice so far and my favorite is the Crème Brûlée milk tea ^_^ The owner is so sweet, helpful and very welcoming. I definitely need to try their savory crepes and rolled ice cream.

I had a good experience with this boba place. I ordered the red bean matcha milk tea and it was delicious!

Happy Cow Creamery & Tea is located in the Dogpatch area. Parking is a bit difficult here - there is very limited street parking in the area, so you may have to park a couple/few blocks away and walk over. The exterior is simple, but it kind of blended in and it was a bit difficult to spot. The interior is decorated with cow spots on the counters and walls to go with the name of their shop. The drinks took awhile, but the lady working was friendly/nice.I tried their Jasmine Milk Tea with boba and Mango Slush/Smoothie with boba. The milk tea was a bit bitter with a strong tea taste to it - it was not as creamy as I would had liked it to be and it made my mouth kind of dry. The mango slush/smoothie tasted a bit creamy, but it was a bit pulpy and it had this sweet/tart taste to it like mango yogurt. I liked their mango drink over the milk tea though.

Cute local boba shop. The taro ube boba was amazing, probably some of the best boba I've ever had.

I leave room for improvement. But basically good coffee/tea shop. Conveniently positioned next to Caltrain Station at 4th/Townsend.

Today was the best jianbing I've had maybe anywhere ever. Not sure how it compares to Tianjin style, but it struck all the Beijing notes and even surpassed with a world-class pastry texture in both the wrapper and the crispy part. The optional duck was maybe not authentic (?? never seen it in BJ), but it enhanced the flavors perfectly. Hadn't been to this spot in a while and this was better than I remember it, so compliments to the lady making them today. Also just wanna note the Hutong Jianbing franchise is not a guarantor of quality. Had the one in eCafe or whatever it's called near the airport Costco a few weeks back and it almost made me never want to eat jianbing again, it was so bad. So come to Happy Cow!

I went here multiple times to get boba tea, and it was always off. It was either:1. too watery (today; brown sugar bubble tea)2. tea was oversteeped (last month; thai milk tea)

Nice staff. They worked on my order right away. It was quiet when I went on a Saturday. Rolled ice cream and roast duck jian bing were really good.

I loved rolled ice cream and this place did not disappoint! I ordered the thai chee and it came with lychee jelly and boba toppings. The boba was chewy which I enjoyed and the thai tea ice cream was perfect (just sweet enough and not too sweet). The strawberry ice cream was also delicious. Service was quick. I would definitely return to try other items on the menu. They have a good variety of snacks and drinks that are unique from other spots.

Really tasty chunky monkey ice cream roll. The quantity and price is perfect for 1 person.

Judy has been very kind and thoughtful as always. She always asked if I needed a lid for my ice cream. This time I decided to get a custom selection for my ice cream and went with matcha, Oreos, and sprinkles. The matcha ice cream was delicious. You can really taste the matcha. The flavour is fantastic and you can bring your friends here to try milk tea too if they like a drink. The shop is small so it can be pretty busy during the afternoon when people want something sweet to eat. There are a few seats where you ca sit and enjoy watching people go by.

Came by for Jian Bing and boba Sunday morning - what a treat to find a spot that makes this classic Chinese street food. Duck Jian Bing was $15, and boba was over $5. Jian Bing - pancake itself had the right texture with the egg on top. Great crisp layer inside and all the sauces gave it that perfect spicy savory flavor you look for. The meat itself is definitely not the best quality though, that is the only thing I would adjust. But overall, really enjoyed this treat.
