I usually go to the small area downstairs, for food-to-go. I always get some very good dim-sum and other pastries, and very good flavor. It seems like a very authentic place, I even see tours of visitors from China stopping there, so must be the real deal ;-)

I think was the manager who takes my order and she gives me my order pretty much empty... one shop of fried rice mixed with chow mean.. half container empty... per 12 dlrs.. when normally they give a good size

The food comes out rapidly and the customer service is just good. Prices are fair.

Dirt cheap, and the quality follows suit. That’s not to say it’s bad, but you get what you pay for.I’ve been into the sit down restaurant once, and it’s good and fun and all, but the takeout place downstairs is where it’s at. They’ve got all the classics for cheap, and they’re super fast. Really nice staff too!I’ve got a lot of love for this place, but it’s really not very quality food and it has been shut down a number of times for... reasons. I’ve never had issues eating here, but I’m sure there are people that have.

It's cheap compared to some places.. I think that's the only good point of the restaurant. You get what you pay for, right?I'm pretty sure I got some form of food poisoning. Safe to say I won't be coming back. They treat you well if you can speak Chinese. They'll keep coming to your table with food.

Ordered ahead for takeout, and picked up at restaurant upstairs. On time for pickup and packed with care.

This is my favorite dim sum restaurant in the city. Theyve been shut down for health violations, reopened under new management and finally changed their name numerous times. While this scares a lot of people off, to me it just says their food will be cheap and prob more authentic than the hipster dim sum joints that I won't name. They're located upstairs next to the Safeway. They have a huge parking lot that fills up around noon but overall it's rarely a problem finding a spot. They have a takeout window on the first floor, but if you want to dine in, go upstairs.Do not come here if you're looking for good service. This is not what they're known for. They speak broken English, they're generally very short and will only speak with you if you flag them down. This is all fine with me as long as the food stays fresh and hot.For food my go to items are the shrimp har gao, pork shu mai, shrimp cheurn fung, salt and pepper fish fillets, and liu sa bao (salted egg yolk bun). Their fried tofu with shrimp is good, their deep fried shrimp is good, but their Pai gwut (steamed spareribs with black bean sauce) is just meh.

Decent dim sum. The tripe was bland though last time we went. To-go today gave me hard, crunchy, dim sum balls. Chewy on the inside though, but not as soft as they should be. Very sad.

A bit pricy upstairs in the dining room, but full of Chinese, so you know it's good. Try the takeout downstairs by Safeway. Same good food to go.

Would recommend for Dum Sum.But for dinner? I'd say it's mediocre.

Had a great experience here with my kid. The food comes out rapidly and the customer service is just good. Prices are fair.

Tasted like ordinary Chinese restaurant food but the serve time was incredibly fast, they also give complimentary bean soup dessert for free at the end.

Spicy garlic eggplant claypot and special spicy chicken claypot were both excellent. Generous pot of green tea. Mango pudding was a great finisher. Good atmosphere on a weekday evening.
