There is NO RESTAURANT HERE. Please reply if im mistaken, but this is a ghost kitchen. You cant come here to eat a meal. If theres a restaurant here, theyve made it deliberately hard to find. Go eat at one of their actual locations, the food is quite good

Couldn't find the place. Seems to be a ghost kitchen with no real eating area, but even going into the ghost kitchen there was a kiosk to order from other restaurants but not Hard Knox.
Walked over here only to get confused, call the number, and only be able to talk to a robot that wasn't able to answer any questions. I would recommend updating the title of the restaurant on here and on the website to be clear that this is not a real location.
I've eaten at the other Hard Knox location and was impressed, so was very disappointed when I arrived here and couldn't eat.

This is NOT a restaurant, this is a ghost kitchen with a single counter and this address has OVER 50 restaurants registered in it.
The worst part is this Google page is filled with misleading photos (of what I assume to be Hard Knox's other, actual location). Additionally, nowhere on their website does it say the Soma location is NOT an actual location. In fact, on the Hard Knox's website the maps thumbnail actually pinpoints to this location.
Whether or not you participate in the ghost kitchen business is an entirely different story, but you need to make it known that this place is not an actually location customers should be visiting. We walked all the way over to find a this in an alleyway with lots of people loitering around and we felt very unsafe due to the way some of them behaved (aggressive, rude, sleeping, urinating).

Their restaurant pictures are not correct. It is just a ghost kitchen with different types of to go food. It is no longer an eat in restaurant. You can’t call before as they don’t take phone calls, just an automated machine that says they don’t take reservations at that location.
The google maps view of their SoMa location shows pictures of their closed location so it is in correct, contrary to their response. Photos attached of ‘SoMa’ which isn’t.

This place have definitely went down hill as a business owner every opinion counts only to make us do better and listen to our customers they have even separated them self & went into hiding the presentation is horrible meaning the container were soggy with gravey all in the bag and all over other food I ordered 4 dinners and they put 3 dinners in one bag and 1 in another they should have put 2 in each the muffins were smached at the bottom of the bag the napkins were soiled I want be back Clement st is 💯% better and to top it off the food didn't have no flavor the gravey was watery WOW HARD KNOX YOU HAVE TO DO BETTER ESPECIALLY FOR THE PRICE WE PAY

Food is not good.. Taste kind of bland. Pork chop extremely soft no flavor and cornbread is good. Yams are old. I would not recommend this place. Fast delivery, no utensils given.

Waiting area inside is cramped and the waiting area outside is next to a dumpster. No place to sit or eat. No restroom.
You wait to pick up your order at the counter but they need a bell on the counter.
They serve hot tea in a styrofoam cup using plastic tea bags. $2.25
I did a door dash, the food was good, I ordered the food again so I can take it home,I am on love 💙💙💙💙

I ordered the chicken and waffles and the fish dinner with macaroni and cheese and yams. I did not taste any seasoning on either meat. The Mac and cheese was made with what taste like canned cheese and the yams were just one big yam and wasn’t cooked through enough.
