Had an amazing time visit San Francisco this week. Hard Rock Cafe had exceptional service and the host were so nice to my family. One the girls, I think her name was Nicole, was so nice to my little sister. The food came out amazing and we had enough time after our appetizers before our meal came out and we unfortunately didn’t stay for dessert but it’s and excuse to come back for sure.

Went & had a drink w/ my friend. The 1st person to greet us was the Hostess Nicole. She just lit the place up w/ her beautiful smile & bubbly personality. That made me Smile the whole time I was there. Her *Vibe* is really contagious!! Oh & the drinks are Good too!! :D

I had such a good experience here, and Nicole was a big reason why. She’s friendly, upbeat, and just has this way of making you feel taken care of without trying too hard.
Even with the place being busy, she stayed patient and attentive, and you could tell she really enjoys what she does. It’s rare to see a host who can keep the energy positive for everyone walking through the door, but she does it effortlessly!

The food was great! Was a bit surprised at the small amount of actual memorabilia in the restaurant.
Food was great but didn't all come out together. Then waitress completely cocked up the bill, had to get a manager to sort out the $15 birthday gift and reinstate the points she had converted.

Typical Hard Rock Cafe 😁. Nice place to be if you want a Rock&Roll ambiance; good 80' and 90' music and videos. Although this time it was somewhat quiet, many empty tables. Food, drinks and service were good. Thank you!

The food tastes good! My chicken sandwich was juicy and tender , tasted fresh season fries where nice and crispy nothing was stale. The gentleman host in the front and photographer were both friendly, welcoming and professional. Our waitress was serving a party of 10 she moved fast and was efficient she did not for get anyone’s requests. If something is wrong with your experience let management know and they will make it RIGHT!!! The weather was cold and rainy the establishment was nice and warm . Would recommend. Thank you hardrock cafe staff (mostly everyone) lol
