Having been to many Hard Rock Cafe restaurants before this one was slightly disappointing. It was empty and the only other table was seated right next to us. It was a 70th birthday and even though I messaged and let them know in advance not even a ‘Happy Birthday' or a candle in the dessert. Some of the desserts like the hot chocolate fudge were ‘out of stock' I suspect it was because the kitchen couldn't be arsed. They were closing up as we were paying the bill, no atmosphere and not the usual level of service expected.

Great spot for our Birthday dinner with 6 teens. We came here for the Gluten free menu to accomodate a few in our party and were pleased to have many options, including wings, burgers with choice of 3 different sides, mashed potatoes, salad or vegetables Fries were not an option due to no dedicated fryer. It was a fun atmosphere and the staff were friendly.

Customer service amazing they treated us very good our waitress was super nice and funny and helpful but the food was not the best I ordered the Cesar salad and it tasted like hand sanitizer it was bitter most of us ordered burgers they were okay I wouldn't say they were the best burgers we've ever had but mid now the Mac and cheese gross disgusting and extremely dry and cold it lacked flavor and creaminess worst mac and cheese I've ever tasted I for sures never go back it not a place I would say I would crave or willing choose

I frequent Hard Rocks wherever I go. This one was very mediocre. This store didn't have a personality to me. The former San Francisco HR did. While I was there, the music was an afterthought to the college playoff game. My flatbread was ok but had little taste. I won't be returning to this one.

Food was great. However, nothing special done for celebrating a birthday. It was very cold inside, the same temperature as outside. I had to leave my winter coat on.

We got the nachos. The chips were stale and only a few pieces of shredded cheese. The staff seemed very new, didn't know how to seat us and the waiter didn't know anything about the menu. I won't be coming back to this café. 
Great hostess, fantastic service, delicious food, but as I was finishing my meal the floor manager was extremely rude and challenged my right to be in the dining room. I've never been so insulted.

Literally the best staff in a restaurant setting I have experienced in a very very long time ! Food was wonderful as well! Thank you for all the warm hospitality! I would HIGHLY recommend this place !
