Literally the best staff in a restaurant setting I have experienced in a very very long time ! Food was wonderful as well! Thank you for all the warm hospitality! I would HIGHLY recommend this place !

Food was edible but not good. This is my opinion on all Hard Rock Cafe. Limited menu bad bar food, not in line with the brand and iconic history. We go in every city so this was comparable food to New York & London HRC. All have bad food and options.

Came in for the ‘happy hour’ which is widely advertised outside the venue, only to be told that they don’t offer happy hour. Was moved to a different table as we didn’t want to eat (the table was identical- then the server produced cutlery for us?!) Then had to produce ID as 41 years old. A challenging experience.
The smashburger is a must have. Delicious! Prices (compared to the rest of Pier 39) are reasonable.

We stopped here to get some food we thought it we be a nice Metal/Rock filled experience, but instead they gave us the worst pop music you could ever imagine. the waiter just kept nagging about tips. we waited way to long for our food and when it came it was almost cold. Every other Hard Rock cafe i have been to have been 10 maybe 100 timer better than this one. Would Not Recommend
