Hawker Alley / The Chairman has phenomenal baked/steamed buns, with plenty of options for both meat eaters and vegetarians/vegans. I got the baked miso cured tofu (vegetarian) with a side of seasoned fries, for less than $11! Incredibly delectable with the buns being cooked to perfection and the the tofu mayo/baby choy filling was flavorful. Highly recommend this place for a quick grab and go lunch. The service was quick and the packaging was great too. Highly recommended!
