Quite average place, food was ok, nothing special, though portions are huge. Server was ignoring women at our table, only talking to the guy, one time even jumped into our discussion while cutting the female off. Train them better. Tapioca was fine.

Such a wonderful bar—and restaurant. The share plates like Szechuan Dumplings are vibrant with flavor. Wait staff highly capable. Cocktails inventive. Dinner for two about $200 w drinks.

Worst restaurant experience in a very long time. Deplorable service, a haughty, unpleasant waiter. I have rarely experienced this in the USA. Too bad the dishes are good and well presented. But if the kitchen is professional, that is unfortunately not the case with the service...

Hazie’s is now one of our “go to” places before attending a performance at Davies, opera house or SF Jazz. We have enjoyed so much we have taken friends there for a more leisurely dinner as well. Food is always delicious as are the cocktails. Staff is lovely and always offers good suggestions. The duck carbonara, one of their signature dishes, is delicious and great to share since it’s rich. I’m a big proponent of sharing as it allows you to taste more. Hazie’s menu is great for sharing.
A really nice slightly upscale neighborhood watering hole. Big open bright space with high ceilings and giant windows overlooking a park. I’ve never had the food but the drinks are great at very fair prices. Somehow even when it’s busy the noise is moderate and you don’t need to shout at your companions. A very nice place to hang out.

Hazie's is the bar that we never knew we needed in Hayes Valley. For the longest time, Stacks, a breakfast restaurant occupied this space, and at night this corner was fallow. But post-Covid, Hazie's came a long and revamped this corner of Patricia's Green.I have had so many fun nights here -- dates, 1:1 catch-ups with friends, and group dinners have always been fun here. There is just so much energy in the place, and it is always so lively.I love the Ride The Lightning, a jalapeno-cucumber tequila drink that is the right blend of spicy and refreshing. It is literally one of my favorite drink in SF. If you want a fun night out, this is the place to go.

The food was really good in my opinion. The spark plug espresso cocktail was really small but what can you do. The thing that was difficult was the service was all over the place. It’s not the waiters’ fault. They’re all rushing around like crazy trying to do everything. But it took forever to get water and then the drinks took a very long time, one of our dishes came out when we’d moved on to thinking about dessert, etc. I don’t know how to run a restaurant and I’m not saying it’s easy. But maybe there’s some way to spread the work around better? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. The food was great. We’ll come again but I’ll bring a book for while we wait (like, for enjoyment, I’m not being snide lol).

I chose to host my wedding rehearsal dinner at this restaurant, and the overall experience proved to be exceptional. The staff demonstrated unwavering helpfulness, promptness, and kindness throughout. The chef went above and beyond by personally greeting us, ensuring a delightful experience. Moving on to the culinary aspect, the food surpassed expectations. My guests praised the dishes, the chill beautiful ambiance, swift service, and unparalleled quality. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment and look forward to returning.
Fantastic vibe, delicious food and drinks, great happy hour, and really well looked after by Jiah. Kid friendly as well!

Great restaurant and service, Innovative take on traditional food, all delicious. The owner/head chef stopped by at our table and couldn't have been nicer and warm. Good youthful ambiance but elegantly casual, allowing for conversation. The salmon my wife had had super crispy, edible skin, The modern take on latkas was inspired and very tasting. I'm going back next month with two guy friends who are foodies in advance of going to SF Jazz which is just around the corner. Our new spot before a jazz concert now.
