The place is very quaint but clean. It gets crowded during lunch so book ahead. I brought my friend here and she loves the food.

We both got seafood lunch set. Ingredients are clean, not greasy not oily. It feels healthy. Everything is well seasoned and not too salty. I have sensitive stomach and this feels very light. But still very filling.

For the amount of food at $40 I’ll come back

The breakfast here is delicious! I’ve tried the pancakes the chicken sausage and eggs. The salad. The salmon. All of it was great. The service was great too! Highly recommend.

I went to the restaurant for their Valentine’s Day special.
I honestly did not understand why the menu was more expensive than their regular dinner menu, just because they added in a rose and a Polaroid.
Honestly, the food was very disappointing for the price we paid.

Thai style, coconut pancake with caviar - 3/5 - nothing impressive, I think this was the only fresh thing that we had in our meal.

Dungeon is crab curry with sticky rice - 4/5 - I really liked it, but the portion size was literally smaller than my finger tip.

Fried mushroom salad - 1/5 - since we don’t eat beef, the chef substituted the beef in the salad into a mushroom and it was so disappointing, the mushroom was chewy, not at all crispy as we were expecting it to be. It felt like it was sitting under the heat lamp for hours before it was served to us.

Hokkaido Scallop Phlaa - 4/5 - this was a greatest and tasted really fresh, and the grapefruit went really well with the scallops.

Winter, wild mushroom curry - 1/5 - this was so disappointing again. The mushrooms looked like they were fried, and even though they poured the curry in front of us at the table. The mushroom had no crispness, all I could take to when I bit into the mushroom was oil and starch that was used to fry the mushroom. It is probably left under the heat lamp again for a long period of time.

Lychee Yum with Crispy Fried Bass - 4/5 - I’ve never had fruits with fish before, so this was something new that I had never tasted before and it actually was really good.

Shrimp Green Curry with Heart of Palm - 2/5 this was also very disappointing. I didn’t exactly taste any flavour profiles in the green curry. It was served Kale with oyster sauce, and it actually tasted better than the curry did.

Honey Kumquat Sorbet - 0/5 - this was so sour and had rinds of the Kumquat in the sorbet. It was not a good pallet cleanser at all.

Fresh Young Coconut cake - 2/5 - Didn’t seem fresh at all, the cake was dry and i didn’t like it.

Yuzu Chocolate Bonbon - Not a fan of dark chocolate with bitter notes of yuzu

Thai tea tart - 4/5 - I wish this dish was bigger than a penny. It actually tasted really good. I love Thai tea, so I loved the flavour in a tart.

I really liked the menu some of the dishes were amazing but all of the food minus the rice came out cold if not lukewarm. Hard to enjoy a meal when the food isn’t hot. The desserts were also lackluster the kumquat sorbet was simply inedible. I would recommend to try it out once.

Lunch for a 3 nice course set meal for $40 is very reasonable and the food is good. Everything was tasty, though nothing really stood out.

Amazing food! Flavors were great and portions were sufficient for the lunch menu. Can get a bit loud in terms of ambiance but the overall decors are beautiful.

Hed 11 is a true hidden gem. The flavors are outstanding. If you’re looking for a seafood-forward menu, well-balanced modern Thai flavors or a special occasion date night place, this is your place.

The 8 course dinner tasting menu is a good amount of food but we had no regrets about adding the lobster pad thai. A lot of thought when into the menu, including the beautiful plates and composition. Seafood and fish are fresh and dishes were balanced (on the spicy side).

I was so glad there were two vegan options, the regular menu and a holiday menu. It was spicy though, not to be unexpected with Thai food. Satisfying meal.

We dined here for a special birthday dinner in January. Both of us got one drink each and the eight* course tasting menu with the add on of the lobster pad thai dish. We enjoyed most of the dishes served to us. Lots of flavors to enjoy with each different course. Our server accidentally brought us an extra dish meant for a different table so we enjoyed that one as well 🤭. Banana ice cream dessert was a cute way to end the meal!

My Thai husband and I dined at Hed 11 last night (Jan 10) with great anticipation. We had dined here once previously and were impressed by the extremely bold and authentic Southern Thai flavor profile of many of the dishes.

Unfortunately, the food last night was extremely disappointing. The gang som was so watered down that it was unrecognizable as the curry it was supposed to be, the Tom Kha seafood tartlet was overly sweet with no tang or spice, and the escargot was missing the intense heat and spice profile that impressed us so much the first time we dined here.

I understand that running this sort of restaurant is especially complex and that tough decisions must be made in order to make the menu palatable at scale. However, this new direction with the flavor profile is extremely disappointing, overly compromising, and decidedly not Thai.

Amazing flavor on the food! I enjoyed the 5 set lunch that even had a nice little desert passion fruit cheesecake. If staying at the hotel they also are open for breakfast

It was meant to be a celebration/farewell dinner at this 2024 Michlin Guide restaurant. The three of us ordered the 8-course meal on the hed11 Holiday Menu plus some additions. The food quality was good. Each course was exquisite and beautifully presented. The taste of each course was great but not very impressive. The service was excellent, though.

We celebrated our civil ceremony with our families here and everyone absolutely loved it! It was the perfect quiet setting for families to gather. And the food quality for the price was top notch. I would 100% recommend this to others and I'm definitely coming back again. Thank you for the great service and for helping our day feel special!
