My favorite Chinese place! Reminds me of MY China at Westfield.

Quick & delicious. We were traveling from out of town and landed on this spot. We ordered the dumplings, Mongolian beef, and sweet & sour chicken. Loved everything. Friendly staff!
Not sure how this place is 5 stars and highly acclaimed? It was very run of the mill, hard rice, paper cups for water, cheap tables inside, and probably the worst service I have ever received. Portion was small and my entree came loaded with only bell peppers even though it said bamboo shoots and carrots. I hate peppers.
It's just nice to get what you order and with some care from serving staff. I work in service industry and I don't patronize places that offer low quality service.

Not delicious as what I expect for Hunan food and the flavors are quite bland. I'm not sure why the review score is so high, but my expectation for an authentic, flavorful Hunan food was definitely not met.
We went in during a weekend dinner and there were very few people - kind of already indicating the place is not so popular.
We tried House smoked beef jerky and house special tofu. Although both looked fine, they were really lacking the flavor. I can taste some saltiness but not much more. I was actually surprised because the smoky Beef jerky didn't have actually the smoke flavor.
Service was so-so. After we sat at a table, the owner asked us whether we needed water. When we asked to pack our leftover food, they were trying to give us fewer boxes and asked if we can stack different dishes together.
Suitable for a quick meal but not the nice vibe - The restaurant is small in a fast food style and not for large parties.

Extremely disappointing experience. Portions were tiny and overpriced, and the food was nothing more than fast food disguised as restaurant dining. Worst of all, the service was downright rude—the waitress ignored us, refused even the simplest requests, and treated us as if we were a burden. Completely unacceptable. I would never recommend this place and will certainly never return.

Great food! Number one pick for lunch. Fast, friendly, fresh and clean! All food is cooked to order. I’ve tried every item on the menu, and have not been disappointed. I’ve been coming here for years, and will continue to come for many more!

Possibly one of the best Chinese restaurants we have been to in San Francisco… fast service .. super friendly staff and of course the food. Thoroughly recommend this place, must try sweet and sour chicken, ribs and Mongolian beef. Would definitely come back next time we are in San Francisco!

I’m a big fan of Chinese cuisine, but I’ve never had the chance to try Hunan-style food. So, I knew I had to give it a try.
We ordered the pork belly, which was absolutely delicious. It was well-seasoned and flavorful. However, I must admit that I could’ve gone a bit spicier. It was a bit on the milder side, and I was craving a bit more heat. But overall, it was perfectly savory and worth the price.
The dumplings were also very good, and they were definitely worth it.
