I was happy that there was at least some sort of grab and go option and was really craving hot food. I ordered a grilled cheese Panini and took it up to my room. Unfortunately, the Panini was cold in the middle. It was also very odd that they had press the Panini with the paper as the paper surrounding the sandwich at the imprint. Definitely disappointing to pay so much for a cold sandwich and I think they’re just moving too fast trying to serve too many people

I must have tried all of them but the pecan pie was my favorite next to the chocolate mousse cake. The coffee crumb cake was just so-so. Chicken salad was also very good with a whole chicken breast, almonds, cranberry, and feta cheese. A woman there was very RUDE and she seems like not happy to be there. Strong accent makes it very hard to understand what she was asking and she was very IMPATIENT. I dropped the lid of my coffee when I was adding milk and asked politely if I could get a new one. She didn’t response and then I asked again. She said yes what do you want (impatiently), I repeated again and she didn’t response(?????). Then I asked one more time, she said what do you want, a cup or a lid (??????). Firstly, why did I need a cup??? Secondly, I have repeated my question three times!!! She was very rude! I ordered there a few times and the rest of the staffs were very nice to me especially Mei. Hope the owner of this Cafe can talk to this woman to improve the customer service as a whole. If she is not happy serving customers, then just don’t be there!!!
