I loved heading over early - before the lunch rush and getting to handpick the most delicious array of fresh, local toppings for an incredible salad - made by the kindest people. I loved talking with their helpful staff and I was always blown away by the integrity of all of their ingredients and dishes. I felt truly confident that I was nourishing my body and filling it with quality food here. Thank you so much Heyday for truly making my day shine.Trust.

Great spot for lunch if you want something quick, filling, and healthy! I used to go to Mixt and Sweetgreen for salads before I discovered Heyday - and guess what, Heyday's salads are way better AND there's never a long line. Win win! The main counter has sandwiches, soups, and side salads that you can get for $6.50 each, and on the other side of the counter is the salad bar, where you can pick from the menu or make your own. I love their huge variety of toppings for the salads, and that they have farro as a base option! A favorite combo of mine is farro, kale, mushrooms, and cauliflower. So hearty and yummy. The salads typically run $11-14 with protein, and comes with free bread if you want. They also have a punch card so you can get a free meal after a certain number of visits!

Best mocha I've had in a really long time. Not too sweet and frothy texture. Food looks great too, was tempted by the avocado toast. Nice to support a local business with awesome coffee

Had a sampling from this restaurant. My favorite was the orzo with brussels! Flavored well. Orzo had the correct texture. Brussels were roasted deliciously, not too brown, not too green. Would definitely come back and try other things.

My favorite lunch spot when I'm at work since it's so quick; I always get the split pea soup and the roasted cauliflower sandwich. Their salads are also amazing and you get a great balance of vegetables, lentils, and pastas. Highly recommend for vegetarians! Keep serving amazing food Heyday!
