Wonderful neighborhood burger shop with grass fed meat. Buns are soft and filled with sesame. Fries aea ok. The kids meal is a great deal with fries and drink and a almost full size burger.

Food poisoning. I ordered delivery and all the food I ordered was cold and had clearly been sitting out long before the delivery process even began.Based on other reviews this seems like their standard for delivery orders, to pack up cold food that’s been sitting out and breeding bacteria. This restaurant’s practices need to be inspected immediately.

Hi-Way is a pretty good burger joint in the evenings (awesome milkshakes), though it's not as good as it was when the place opened a few years ago. But during the lunch shift (i. e., during the daytime), the staff doesn't listen well to your order and the cooks apparently aren't as skilled because the food doesn't taste as good and the orders get screwed up. Also, no matter what time of day, the fried chicken sandwich is bad.

I would have given the place 5 stars. But I was not given nor asked for lettuce /tomatoes/ or special sauce. So my hamburger was just a bun with a piece of meat. I added the packaged mustard and mayo which was in the condiments section. Fries were thin and crispy.

Really good burgers here, we also ordered fries, sweet potato fries, and broccoli bites (steamed broccoli with lemon wedges) with 5 burger, 2 of them has 2 patties, 2 were cheese burgers and 1 was a spicy chicken burger with 3 drinks we paíd $100. They also have home made pickles and home made ranch wich is SUPER GOOD!Parking: Its on Noe, so parking isn't horrible but you will have to look for it.Kid-friendliness: They do have a kids menu, which is nice.

Their lettuce wrap is a substantial gluten-free option.

It’s not that hard to do a burger and fries, so no comments on their food, but: HOW THE HECK DO YOU RUN A RESTAURANT WITHOUT A FIRST AID KIT ON SITE?!!!I was in there this afternoon, picking up a takeaway, and as I collected my order from the counter, I cut my finger on some glass.Zero response from the staff. A customer is bleeding and all they do is stare nonchalantly.I finally asked them if they have a first aid kit, and no one seemed to understand what I meant. I literally had to spell it out: band-aids, antiseptic wipes … anything. One of the staff reluctantly agreed to look in the back. He reappeared after quite a while and went about his usual business … totally ignoring me!I had to flag him down again to ask if he found something in the back to bandage my bleeding finger. He just shrugged and said that all they have is scissors. What?!!!How are you guys running a kitchen with no first aid box? What happens when one of your staff has an accident in the kitchen? Should we expect fries with a dollop of blood on the side? Cuz it’s clear you sure as heck don’t care about customers injuring themselves on your premises.Absolutely ridiculous. The nice seafood place next door did have a first aid kit, and did give me a bandaid too. Better eat next door than this sorry excuse of a joint!

Best burger spot near the mission. I used to eat here at least once a week. Probably the best bang for your buck price wise when it comes to burgers and fries. The staff is wonderful and all the condiments are available for you to use.

Delicious burgers! No frills, no fuss, just exactly what you're looking for if you're craving a burger. The fries taste like In n Out's to me. Perfect to take to-go but if you need a quick bite, they have seating.
