lovely place for a casual wine date night with nice records and unique interiors. wines were perfectly chilled, service smooth and staff knowledgeable. we loved our two recommendations — one gin-like sparkling rosé and another more desserty wine with cola aftertaste.
I really love this place a lot but it always feels like a warehouse and is so uncomfortably cold. The front door doesn’t close and lets in a significant draft. I’m never comfortable taking off my jacket. The service is wonderful, the wines are great, and I would definitely go more often if I felt more comfortable.
Vinyl records and pet nats - what more could one ask for? I noted that the wine buyer/somm here has a sophisticated nose; stocking TWO hard-to-find/semi discrete producers of cool climate wine. I was impressed with the inclusion of Mountain Tops Pinot Noir and Ochota Barrels from the Adelaide Hills in their offerings. Bonus points for featuring a Victorian Pinot, as well.
