I love that this chain has a yummy vegan ramen noodle and doesn't default to using rice noodles for their vegan ramen. The size of pumpkin slice you get seems to vary but otherwise flavors are on point every time I go. I always order the creamy vegan ramen, but it's nice that there's more than one vegan option. Currently my favorite spot to eat in SF.
I visited Hidenoya without much expectation as i just wanted a decent Asian food near Union square. The ramen was more than what i expected! The noodle was cooked right and the tonkatsu was very crispy without oiliness. It was a pleasant surprise!

i love coming to hinodeya every time i come into the city the staff is always very welcoming the spicy miso ramen is my go to every time !!! shout out to van he’s great !!
