A special treat for yourself or for folks visiting out of town! Oswaldo was a kind, knowledgable, and exceptional guide, listening to what we were looking for, recommending pairings, and pointing out exceptional menu items like the fries flight (delicious), the oysters (outstanding!), and the tomato martini (life changing). The martini and champagne carts are SO fun, highly recommend!

Absolutely top nosh service. Cannot complain. The seafood tower is really good, as are the scallops and the burger. The kale chicken salad was a bit salty and dry, but overall great!
The chocolate dessert was to die for, and they gave us complementary ice cream for a birthday!!

Attended a birthday celebration for a colleague on 8/6 at Holbrook. A true gem in the FiDi. The service was impeccable and the food and drinks were top notch. Amelia was our server and she took great care of us and was truly fantastic. Will be back for sure! Highly recommend Holbrook House! A+

Pretty disappointed as I was really excited to introduce this place to some Bay Area colleagues. From the moment we arrived, the host stand was disorganized and chaotic. Many guests, including us, were left standing around for extended periods, unseated and largely unacknowledged. The staff was overwhelmed and/or poorly managed, and the lack of coordination created a frustrating and uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone waiting.
To make matters worse, a woman in a black suit that was a host or manager, came out and addressed me in an unnecessary condescending and dismissive tone. Her demeanor was completely inappropriate for a hospitality setting. Having worked in Vegas for 12 years in the hospitality industry- I was furious.
Even more disturbing was witnessing this same woman publicly scold a young Asian woman, who appeared to be a host, directly in front of guests. Watching an employee be belittled in such a demeaning way was appalling and deeply unprofessional. It made an already tense environment feel even more uncomfortable and it was absolutely unprofessional to do so in the eye of patrons.
When I asked to speak with the General Manager, I was told he was unavailable and that no one else could assist me because they simply did not have time. I was essentially turned away, with no attempt to acknowledge or resolve the situation. The complete lack of accountability and basic customer service was astounding.
This experience was not just disappointing, it was unacceptable. What was meant to be a joyful and celebratory evening instead became a display of poor management, disorganization, and a lack of respect for both guests and staff. This was the place I recommended and was extremely embarrassed and let down.
Get here! Vibe is on point. People are fun, happy and service is amazing. Definitely do martini or champagne cart!

A delicious meal! We sat at the table with the martini switch. You flip the switch and a server comes with a cart to make any type of martini you’d like. Mine was fantastic! I would definitely go back!
