My sister and I found Hollywood Cafe by chance and was pleasantly surprised. The variety made the choice difficult, but decided on grilled tuna and fries. They used a roll instead of sliced bread, added tomatoes and pickles. The albacore tuna was the best I've ever had with a unique spice blend. The fried were thin and lightly battered. The meal was definitely worth every penny and could have served 2 people. The servers were friendly and very good.

We stopped here as it was directly across the street from our hotel. We came in right after opening and we're immediately seated but it filled up fast. The four of us only got 3 entrees, a side of bacon, and 3 drinks. It came out to $125 with tip, which although it was good food, definitely not worth that much! The place was loud as well but it was clean.

This place had the best tuna melt I have ever eaten. I have been on 3 cross country road trips and to so many diners and cafes. Tuna melts are one of my favorite things to order. Hollywood Cafe's tuna melt is seriously the best. It was perfectly grilled and had just the right amount of mayo in it. The place is located right next to the Powell Mason Cable Car line. Definitely stop here!!

Great find for a Friday Brunch!! We had no wait and the staff is friendly, fast, and fantastic!!
We got the pancakes w/ fresh fruit x2, bacon (yum), and hash browns!! coffee & grand mimosa!
Everything was excellent and was a LOT of food. Nothing disappointed! The hash browns could have used a bit more s&p, but that was remedied with what was on the table!
Highly recommended and will definitely be back when we visit SF again!!

The food is great. I came twice (two days in a row). It was disappointing to find on the second day that they automatically add a 18% gratuity to the tab. Hence, the day before they go more than 30%. Be aware of this. It's OK to put zero in the tip section, because they already have it in the total.
Loved the brunch here. It tasted awesome, it was very hot exactly like how I want.
The English muffins, hollandaise sauce was awesome & so was the hash browns.
I loved that there was no wait time.

Stopped on here to grab a bite. Food was delicious. I ordered 2 egg it came with hash browns and toast. My husband ordered the regular French toast with fruit. We split them both and it was just enough. Service was amazing. Our drinks were never empty. Food came out fast.
