Absolutely delicious. Flaky and delicate crust, creamy and flavorful custard filling. I tried the peanut butter flavor with cinnamon. Highly recommend.

Is ONE STAR, SINCE THEY DELETE 1 STAR REVEWS. F this place. Walk in at 720, no walk ins. You've been warned. Guess they like to hide reviews too. 7/14 I have time, can do this all day. 7/15 Another day, another hide. 7/16 refresh. 7/17 ok ok. 7/20 trash

Holy Nata - 8 Trinity Place, San Francisco, CA
Let me be clear. These pastries? They're amazing. The taste? All I can say is this: walk over, order one, walk out, take a bite, and tell me if you didn't immediately turn around and go back for six more. It's that good. Holy Nata is not just a bakery, it's a walk-back-in kind of place. Don't say I didn't warn you!

That's a good memory I'll cherish for a long time. WOW
A tiny, intimate chapel of deeeliciousness.... YOU WANT THESE. Wow, perfect in so many ways: warm, crisp and flakey crust, caramelized, sweet filling. The first tiny bite coats your front teeth momentarily with creamy sweetness and it's one of those things which is so texturally appealing that it's hard not to gulp it down. The nice young man at the counter seems earnest and proud of a great product, and he has every right to be proud. YOU WANT THESE. SO SO GOOD.

Cinnamon > plain. I recommend preordering!
If you're not eating them immediately, I suggest toasting them so that they are warm and the crust is crispy!

This place only serves one thing. That it can serve a single pastry for $3.64 and still be in business suggests that their single pastry is phenomenal. It was so good, when I took my first bite I stopped on the sidewalk and looked down at the beautiful little creation in my hand. I found myself planning how I could get one every single day for the rest of my trip. Maybe my coworkers would enjoy one? Who else in my life would appreciate this moving experience I just had? Maybe I should call my mother. If you enjoy happiness and pleasure then go to Holy Nata.

I stumbled onto this place whilst wandering around downtown...got them home and wow...lighter texture custard and better pastry than the egg tarts at Good Mong Kok (Chinatown, Stockton). I like them both but prefer this one. It's not Pastéis de Belém but it's not bad. Well worth a stop.

Set up a truly massive order for a wedding and these nata were approved by folks from the Azores and New Bedford alike! Gorgeous, silky, and topped with a bit of cinnamon - the staff were so kind and incredibly easy to work with - cold not recommend more!
